2019 Student Union Social Work Program


The new semester begins, and the eighth cadre of the Association of Societies will also perform their duties and start the busy year of the new year.

At the beginning of the new semester, I will focus on the following two aspects: Internal: Coordinate the internal relations of the association. External: Enhance the influence of the Jiangsu Animal Husbandry Association in the College and even the Taizhou area. Below are my specific plans and arrangements for each job.

Office: Daily start-up

Accurate and in place of the notices

Orderly storage of archives of various subjects.

The custody of the social association items, the management of the activity room.

Add complaints service and feedback from members.

Department of Supervision: Reasonable supervision of officers.

Improve work style, feedback from members and departments.

Raise, find problems, and propose rectification opinions to coordinate various aspects of work.

Propaganda Department: Expand the strength of the Propaganda Department.

Increase manpower input.

The person is responsible for the promotion of various activities.

The production of posters.

Organization Department: Registration of daily activities.

Organization of activities.

Ensure the orderly conduct of all public events.

Planning Department: To be determined

Finance Department: The Bureau is responsible for handling expenses and settlement. Outreach Department: Thoroughly rectification, attracting talents.

Information Department: Network management and development, establish an off-campus social alliance, and strengthen communication and contact with external schools.

Effective collection of information inside and outside the school.

Executive Vice President, President of the "Three Represents" Association:
Communicate the spirit of the Youth League Committee and deploy relevant work.
Strictly review and supervise the examination reports and investigation suggestions of the internal and external activities of the associations.

For the associations, I will take the following ten initiatives:

First, streamline the personnel organization, do not arrange personnel by position, prefer to be empty, do not do nothing.

Second, to improve work efficiency, we must have a strict concept of time, and do things without delay.

Third, hold an accountability system for event leadership.

Fourth, increase publicity efforts, so that the Social Welfare is full of energy.

5. Public teaching activities are few and fine, and they are held once a month. The monthly public teaching is led by a head of the bureau.

Sixth, the office notices are timely and ready to be in place, and the associations of various departments will not delay the haul, otherwise the consequences will be at their own risk.

7. Establish a monthly system of scoring, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of each association on a monthly basis, and select outstanding cadre officers.

Eight, the late duty, the opening of the regular meeting will not allow the phenomenon of embarrassment, the cadres of the officers pay attention to words and deeds, the table is the same.

IX. The responsible persons of each association set a good example for members, care for members, and be familiar with members.

X. The loss of members is great, and members can be added at the appropriate time, subject to the approval of the presidium. It is not allowed to conduct propaganda and organize other activities that are not allowed by the Youth League Committee and the Association, and will be strictly handled once verified.

The four major ideas for the associations:

First, improve, develop and strictly implement the various systems of the Student Association. Strict value day system; continue to promote the working day system of the Student Association.

Second, the implementation of organizational structure. Reorganize the original planning department, add an advisory group, strengthen the unity and cooperation of the student associations and other organizations: the office increases the acceptance of complaints services: the information department also manages network management and development.

Third, strengthen the construction of the student associations' own team. As a student cadre, it must have a high sense of responsibility and great enthusiasm. In particular, certain departments must effectively change their personal values, not to be arrogant, not to engage in individualism, and to organize small groups. Within the Student Association, advocating mutual learning, criticizing and self-criticism, and gradually forming a learning federation of student associations.

Fourth, hold regular meetings, strictly discipline the venue, and all the associations gather ideas, broaden their opinions, reasonably express their personal opinions, respect themselves and respect others, and deepen the spirit of harmonious thinking of the “family” of the association.

Here, I urge all the cadres of the sophomore to stay, lead the freshmen to stay in the social work and study, and pass on your personal connections and work experience to the next newcomers, so that they can take less detours and learn from the seniors. We exchange more and learn more and contribute our own strength to the glorious and prosperous social association. There are not many people given to you by the Social Welfare Association. We should all come together for the same dream. As a student, we hope to leave our wonderful memories of life in the Social Union. I wish you all the best, thank you!

Finally, I want to talk about my own testimony during the year of the Social Welfare Association: In this year, the Football Association I brought with me can be said to be from scratch. What we have experienced may have been faced by most sophomores. The only taste is us. Let yourself taste. I came here with a dream. I want to say, I don't regret it, because I have gained the experience I couldn't learn in the classroom. It is the Social Union that gave me the opportunity, so I want to stay at the time of the change. Continue to move forward and develop and progress with the Social Welfare Association. During the year, I have accumulated a lot of personal connections: working with the associations of various associations; connecting with the old pastoral school; cooperating with four other universities; communicating with the student unions of the colleges and departments Internet community alliances and so on. I am not alone in advancing. I have always had a think tank behind me to assist me. I believe that under the solidarity and cooperation organized by me and various departments, the Social Welfare will move forward in a new direction.

If I am fortunate enough to be elected, I will use the principle of "unity, efficiency, pragmatism and innovation" as the working principle, carry out necessary and reasonable reforms for the existing problems of the Student Association, and boldly innovate in light of the actual situation.
