Second, I am always in a state of "I want to do it" rather than "I want to do". There are drag-and-drop phenomena in the work. The manuscripts and the quality of the materials collected for this purpose are not too high.
Third, due to the limitations of their professional standards, there was still a lot of unsuccessful corporate culture promotion work for Runpu in the first half of the year, which did not meet the established publicity effect of the group company and the company.
Fourth, the daily labor discipline requirements are not too strict, such as occasionally happen to work without wearing a job.
Fifth, the lack of innovative consciousness, usually take more time in the office , go to the workshop to produce a line of time to understand the situation, there is the fear of suffering. The lack of certain innovative content and substantive content caused by the written things always seems too general and too empty.
I have felt very guilty about the problems that have existed in the above points and have actually affected my own work. As a company secretary. For this reason, I will seriously summarize the facts, analyze the causes, find out the problems, learn from them and learn from them in the future.
