3. Construction of the “Four Big” Bases
The country's environmental protection industry has ushered in the best development period due to the country's new industrialization road, accelerating the economic restructuring and the policy of changing the growth mode. The construction of the "four major bases" has made breakthrough progress. Water pollution control technologies and equipment with independent intellectual property rights have entered the international market; noise prevention technology equipment has occupied more than 90% of the domestic market share in this field. In the first half of this year, we introduced and promoted nearly 10 new environmental protection technologies and new products. The environmental protection enterprises led by Jianye, Chenglin, Green Ring and Yuege have formed scales; the industrialization process of environmentally friendly fuels, degradable materials and environmentally friendly batteries. Construction of environmental protection park: In the first half of the year, in the construction of “two winds”, the “one-stop” service management system of the park has been further strengthened, and the service quality has been greatly improved. The scale, registered capital and construction projects of the enterprises entering the park have greatly improved in quantity and quality compared with previous years.

Our environmental protection industrial park was officially approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration as the “Harbin National Environmental Protection Technology Industrial Park”, which realized the upgrading of the park.
6. Under the great attention of the leaders of the municipal government, the establishment of the Songbei Eco-industrial Park in the first half of the year has made a major breakthrough. Since the beginning of the year, many working meetings have been held by the municipal environmental protection director, the Songbei District mayor and other relevant leaders. The Songbei Eco-industrial Park Leading Group has been established, and the Management Office has been set up. The construction of the Songbei Ecological Industrial Park has been completed.
