Summary of the class teacher's moral education work
When the class teacher happens to be a whole year, I feel that I can’t finish it. The end of the period is coming to an end. I am here to summarize the moral education work of this semester.
First, small progress
The French writer Hugo said: The world's most vast is the ocean, the sky wider than the ocean, and the wider than the sky is the human soul. As an engineer of the soul of a student, and as a class teacher of a first-year student, this task is even more important. Through a year of contact with students and a year of hard work, moral education has gained little. The students in our class basically arrived at the school early, and they played outside after coming to school. When they were in class, they were still outside. So, I asked the children who came to the school to do morning readings in the classroom and make good use of this precious study time. At first, the morning reading discipline in our class was not very good, and the learning efficiency was very low. Students are not talking, they are playing games there, even a rubber can play silently in the morning. How to make good use of morning reading time? This problem has been bothering me for a long time. So I decided to read the morning with the students. I went to the classroom to read the lectures every day, supervised the students' morning reading, and took the interest of the students in the morning reading. I chose the young teacher to take the stage to read and help the teacher to supervise. . In this way, gradually one month passed, students will get used to the early morning when the classroom is out of the book, and the discipline in the class will be much better.
It’s not only the progress, but now, as long as the class is over, the students will go to the book corner to read the book, and then several people will read the story with great interest, until the class bell rings and put the book down. The habit of reading books by students makes me very happy and proud. This is only the effect of an action I took when I was at first. I suddenly remembered a sentence: teaching is better than words. In the eyes of children, the teacher is an example.
"It's right, it doesn't make it; it's not right, it doesn't make it." Let yourself be integrated into the student's life, sometimes as a teacher, and sometimes as a student, to the children's inner world.
Second, small results
Whether it is tug-of-war competition or radio exercise competition, eye health exercises, students are working hard with the honor of their class, and they are happy because of the award. The potential of a cohesive class is infinite.
In this semester, I use the class team class to transmit the knowledge of moral education to students in the form of stories, to entertain and educate, and to improve the moral education level of students.
Third, lack and reflection
There will always be a few quailed and naughty students in a class. How do these students educate, which makes me confused. Like Shu*, I always love to take other people's things, educated many times, and also asked parents, but the thief's habits can't be changed. Li **, there is always a teacher to respond to me. The students always like to speak, praise, criticism, exhaustion, and no effect.
Is it true that these students "can not be carved into the dead wood", or my education method is problematic. Exploring the reasons in essence, I found that I did not understand the students at all. The so-called "knowing ourselves and knowing each other, winning every battle", do not understand, why "win the battle". My own methods of education are also relatively simple, casual, just to find a student to chat. There is not much communication with parents.
Fourth, the next semester work measures and improvements
1. “Do not ask for a talent, I hope everyone is useful”, grasp the personality of the students and show the personality of the students.
2. Continue to do a good job in class activities that are fun and entertaining, and maintain a good class style.
3. Strengthen contact with parents, broaden the channels of home visits, and carefully organize parent conferences.
