Subsequently, I was placed in the position of the office and organization department, mainly responsible for sending and receiving files, arranging and printing documents, finishing materials, and preparing for meetings. During this period, I learned how to make a table sign, how to write a text, how to arrange a venue, etc. Although it seems to be trivial, I have practiced my meticulous work attitude.

As the Beijing Olympic Games is approaching, the work of the Youth League Committee has become more and more busy. At this time, the identity of my organization department has been highlighted. In accordance with the work requirements of the Communist Youth League Committee, urban volunteer service activities will be carried out in all districts and counties during the “11th”, “May 1st” and “Spring Festival” holidays. There are 4 city volunteer service stations in Daxing District. My job is to contact volunteers who are willing to participate in volunteer service activities, organize volunteers to participate in the training, and visit the site during volunteer service. In order to contact the volunteers, more than 90 calls were made at most one day, and finally the scorpion was hoarse. However, whenever I see the city volunteers actively and seriously carry out the city volunteer service, I feel how meaningful my work is. Since then, he has been involved in the volunteer activities of the Beijing Olympics and Paralympics in Daxing District as a grassroots volunteer. On the occasion of the Spring Festival in 2008, the Youth League Committee issued an urgent document on the selection of volunteers for the Beijing Olympics and Paralympic Games. The time is tight and the tasks are heavy, so that I have not yet come to feel the atmosphere of the Spring Festival. In the important work of the project, the overtime work was completed and the task of selection was successfully completed. After the Wenchuan earthquake this year, the regiment committee called for the volunteer volunteers, city volunteers, grassroots volunteers and regiment cadres to carry out unpaid blood. I did not expect to receive countless registration calls shortly after the notice was issued, although the blood was strained. Organizing the work made me not have a break for a while, but I really realized the tremendous strength of the volunteer group.

One year of volunteer service is coming to an end. During this year, I have experienced hardships and fatigues, experienced setbacks and failures, felt bitterness and helplessness, but I have not regretted choosing this path. We worked in the cold for a long time in the day, but everyone never complained and complained, and there was no complaint.
