As the chairman of the debate, the task is very important, because the audience is listening to you, you are wrong, the audience will be confused, so first of all must have this awareness, we must attach great importance to it, and fully prepare in advance. In the preparation and implementation process, you need to pay attention to the following points.

1. Familiar with the rules and rules of the debate. The general minister will give the president the system. Even if he does not give it, he should take the initiative to ask for it. Then study the system carefully, and be familiar with the process and rules.

2. As the chairman, the presiding word is more important. The minister will give the previous presiding draft, but you can't use these manuscripts. You have to go through your own sorting, so that you have your own ideas in it, you will be more proficient in hosting, and the manuscript will not be unfamiliar. In particular, the manuscript given by the Minister is not too detailed in the introduction of the rules, so it is necessary to synthesize all the cross-words and the system, and improve the rules. If you have been the chairman, you will inevitably encounter the team that you have previously hosted, so you must prepare a few more words and you can't use the same words for the same team. Give your words back! The host should be open to the audience, and you should not look down at the manuscript.

3. Be careful when preparing the words that are explained in the debate. Never join any of your own opinions. If you have the conditions, you should give your words to the pros and cons. Not suitable, will not interfere with their position. Explain that it should be as short as possible. If you feel that you are afraid of making mistakes, I don’t think it’s necessary to talk about it. If you say “there are different opinions, what is wrong”, you will be fine.

4, before the game must be clear about who the judges and guests, and finally who is the review. The title of the judge and the guest must be clarified and written. When introducing it, in order to avoid mistakes, be cautious, or read it, without going back.

5, the first two days of the start of the game to contact the team leader, determine the list of debaters, because in the host may say a few debates. Also ask if there are any questioners who have arranged for the audience to ask questions. If there are any questions, please confirm who they are, and then let those people ask questions. Also ask the leader what other questions are unclear. If you can answer, explain it. If you don't know, you have to ask the minister.

6, when hosting, can not be too serious, it is best to smile, whether standing or sitting, you must be straight. When you have a party, look at them and make a gesture. If you say the name of a certain debater in the square, you must also name the opponent. One side of the debate is very funny, and you can't laugh. This will mean that you are supporting them, you must be squatting. At the end of the series, the words in the string must be said to thank the unsuccessful players for their hard work and so on. If you want to shake hands with the winner, you should also shake hands with the other party. You can't appear in the string words, they, they must be square, opposite, and both. In short, we must be fair.

7. The chairman must also be very familiar with the timer, know the time flow, clear the prompt, and the two ends. Don't forget the ringtone demo at the beginning. Due to the limited conditions, the chairman may not see the timer during the game. In this case, discuss the gesture with the timekeeper before the start of the game, and let the timekeeper remind you when it is over. Especially in the attack and defense session, pay special attention to time. When 1:30 is full, the debate is over. The free debate is to figure out which side of the time has run out, and which party has not arrived.

8, to figure out the order of the two sides speaking. The opening speeches, the arguing, the conviction summary, and the free debate are all positive. The audience's questioning and summary of the words are the first.

9. If there is no alternate speech between the two sides during the free debate, it is necessary to stop it in time and say "I'm sorry, I am speaking alternately, please sit down." The debate is rather confusing. In order not to interfere with the debater's speech, don't talk and interrupt, let them solve it themselves. When the audience asks questions, if there is a viewer who does not ask for it, don't let him sit down. If he is so active, let him ask. Questioning must be approved by more than half of the judges before the debater can answer. Do not ask the judge. When the audience questions are not short and have their own opinions, they should be reminded that "Please ask questions short, please do not elaborate on your own views." Therefore, if the minister is used, the chairman should be able to stand up, but it should not be too strong.

10. The chairman should learn to appease the audience's emotions. Before the game starts, you should say that you should control your emotions and applause. If you have problems after the game, please report to the organizing committee. If you want to repeat the debate, you should repeat it. Before, it is said that this is a game of equal strength. It is difficult to win or lose, but always have results. We must believe that the judges judge objectively and fairly, and calmly treat the results.

The chairman's work is actually very tired, but in this way, you can learn a lot of things. At least the whole process and rules of the debate will be very familiar. Many words are reflected in the end. Don't be nervous when you host, don't panic if you make a mistake, you will be wrong if you make a mistake.
