I have been working in Yunpan Village for more than a year. I think about myself at this time last year. I am different from the current one. The heart of the new countryside has not changed, and the whole heart is devoted to the work of the rural grassroots work.

During the year, under the care and training of the county party committee, the town party committee and the village party branch village committee, they calmed down their work and insisted on strengthening the theoretical study with the guidance of the important thinking of the "three represents" and the scientific development concept. Work hard on business knowledge and strive to improve theoretical knowledge and business work. We abide by the law, work hard, and conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by the leaders. First, from the ideological contact with the peasants, learn from the old party members.

First as a villager, then as a village official. Let the people agree with themselves from the heart. So the first thing to do is to think of yourself as an ordinary peasant and understand their thoughts and mentality. This naturally creates an affinity, they are willing to talk to you about things and talk about their ideas. The old party members in the countryside have experienced all kinds of villages , so they can learn or learn a lot from them.

On April 23, 2019, I participated in a branch meeting of the villagers who had just retired from the army, and the party that had entered the army was ready to expire today. The secretary and I, together with Song Wei, who is responsible for the activities of the party members, went to the 6 groups where his family was located to open a party member and turn to the branch meeting. The rural branch will be completely different from what I have experienced. It is more like a conversation in the form of a conversation. Everyone is very close, there is no strange feeling. Party members are over-aged, but it is they who care more about the affairs of the village and can always make some good suggestions. These suggestions have been approved by the secretary. Their experience is worth learning. They are very concerned about Yunpan Village. Unlike ordinary villagers, they have a principle of strength.

There are many places in rural work that require the participation of old party members. They have a lot of experience in their experience, but it is also because rural grassroots party members are mostly older and younger. The work of grassroots party members pays more attention to the content reality, and theoretical study is not suitable for them. Therefore, it is better to use the young party members to become rich, and to promote the village to get rich.

Second, the ordinary see the true knowledge, wholeheartedly do the farmers' waiters.

The main role of college student village officials is to serve farmers, serve the countryside , and serve agriculture. When it comes to this service, I am deeply touched. There is no major job in rural work, but rural work is no small matter. No major event is that there is no such vigorous and vigorous move in rural work. No small matter is that the peasant’s affairs are always a major event. Only by solving this "small thing" in this ordinary "little thing" is the essence of rural grassroots work. "attitude determines everything; details makes success".

The most common thing in rural work is to resolve disputes. In the dispute, the land is always the center, and the peasants take the land as the basis of their lives. This concept is deeply rooted in my heart. In March 2019, the dispute between two families due to the occupation of one of them occupied the house, through the secretary and members of my team three times to mediation in the dispute, and finally the town judicial bureau to explain, can be resolved. Such disputes are not uncommon in rural areas . In this kind of exercise, I understand that I really do things seriously and solve problems in a down-to-earth manner. No matter what I do, I have to do it after comprehensive consideration. Ordinary things are not simple.

Third, unity is the cornerstone of strength, and more practical things to guide the direction.

As a member of the two committees of the village, we must act as a “reconciliation agent” between the village cadres, strive to become a close friend of the village cadres, realize the unity of the “two committees” of the village, and live in harmony with the village cadres. Adhere to the people, to the people, to understand the village conditions and public opinion as soon as possible, to think about what the people of the people think, to rush the people's urgency, to use their knowledge and expertise to do practical things and do good things for the people.

On March 27, 2019, Mr. Bao Jie from the County Municipal Supervision Bureau came to our village to train the farmers and distributed related materials: Handbook of Artificial Insemination of Cashmere Goat, Practical Technology of Pig Breeding, and Production of Livestock and Poultry Technical Manual, etc. Mr. Bao really made the peasant brothers rich by building farmers' confidence, learning scientific feeding and humanized management. By organizing such training, I deeply realized that farmers are eager to get rich and hope to get rich. They need good projects, good directions, and good environment. I will actively organize such activities to open up the horizons of the peasant brothers and build confidence in getting rich. At the same time, I will learn about the relevant agricultural technology from Mr. Bao, so that I can also have a skill in doing things, and better do practical things for the peasant brothers.

Through this kind of training and other forms of popular science knowledge propaganda to guide farmers to get rich, to serve farmers with such practical actions. I hope to lead the peasants to become rich.

Fourth, learn from practice and start with labor.

Just look, it will always be someone else's, and only have to do it yourself to have the opportunity to become their own. Since it is in the countryside , it is better to be a farmer. There are many forests in our village, so the trees are planted every year by the villagers in their own homes.

On May 7th, 2019, our village planted trees on both sides of the 6th to 7th roads to green the environment. There were trees on both sides of the road, mainly the phoenix tree, which was planted in the previous year. This time we are pulling out some saplings that are not alive, and then making up the seedlings, which is also a kind of phoenix tree. The people who planted trees are mainly women's team leaders and people from the two committees in the village, so there are fewer men and they are not very fast. I have been planting until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It’s really tired, but I feel more and learn more from working with the farmers. I personally planted it for a while and I knew the hard work here.
