Some of the conditions in my village are reported as follows:

First, the basic situation of the village

The village is located 16 kilometers from Ningbo to Beilun on Tongtu Road. It has convenient transportation and there is a golf course in the east. Nanshangang is Maoyang Temple, Donggangyu Village in the west, and east and west through the road. The terrain is superior and the environment is beautiful. There is a future for development. There are 251 households in the village, the current population is 698, and the total labor force is 375. The key areas are in enterprises, service industries, planting, animal husbandry, and there are 196 migrants. There are 7 enterprises in the village. 3 individual industrial and commercial households. The original cultivated land is 520 mu. After the requisition, there are 380 mu of cultivated land. The existing forest area is 1900 mu. The crops are mainly cash crops such as grapes, peach trees and bayberry. There are two natural villages such as sand pit and new village. Tap water has been received in front of each household, 25 existing party members, 1 probationary party member, and 2 active party members. There are 33 village names and 4 village name groups. In 2019, the total economic income of the village was 25 million yuan, the per capita income was 13,000 yuan, and the village-level income was 450,000 yuan. In 11 years, it was issued to the villagers with a share capital of 235,000 yuan, and the total number of shares reached 23,500 shares, and the amount per share was 10 yuan.

Second, various organization construction and work situation

In September 2019, the election of the party branch of our village was successfully completed. Through the reelection of the party branch, the two committees of our village are now sound, the cohesiveness of the two committees has been strengthened, and all the cadres can make a strong move to a place, laying a good foundation for the smooth development of the work of our village.

After the end of the re-election, the party organization of the village and the village self-governing organization were established. Members of the village leadership team can consciously learn and practice the important thinking of "xxxx", resolutely implement the party's basic line and various guidelines and policies, and be honest and diligent. At various key moments, village leaders are able to take the lead. Through the efforts of the village leadership team, the party group and the cadres of our village are closely related, and the construction of the harmonious Baishuzhuang is booming in our village.

In order to achieve the purpose of serving the people, the grassroots organizations in our village have implemented a two-member team commitment system and a party member commitment system. All the party members and cadres of our village promised the following matters to the majority of the villagers: new tap water wells, new farm irrigation wells, new machine wells, maintenance of water pipes, repair of two field roads, buried lines, land confirmation, environment Renovation, street hardening, installation of street lamps for streets without street lights, close relationship between the party and the masses, and the harmonious work of our village.

At present, street lights have not been installed in some streets, and all other matters have been successfully completed.

At the same time, organizations such as governance, polls, and teaching are sound and functioning well. The members of the organization, such as the insurance, the polls, and the help of the church, are mainly composed of unemployed party members. They consciously formed a forest guard team and a security patrol volunteer team, and made great efforts to protect the safety of the village. Their thoughts are high, their work attitude is good, and their sense of responsibility is strong. Under their leadership, the villagers in our village have paid more and more attention to the prevention and control of public security. In recent years, there have been no vicious criminal cases such as house theft and robbery in my village. The villagers’ satisfaction rate in the village has been maintained at over 90%. The villagers worked peacefully and the atmosphere in the village was peaceful.

Third, the organizational system has achieved results

After the successful completion of the work of our village, at the same time that various organizations were established, the various rules and regulations in the village were perfect, management measures were in place, work was standardized, and the party’s service aim was fulfilled.

The village party branch has formulated the main duties of the party branch, the duties of the branch secretary, and the party branch conference system. The village committee has formulated the work responsibilities of the village committee, the responsibilities of the villagers, the open system of village affairs, and the financial management system in the village. The system construction of organizations such as governance, polls, and education is also steadily following.

At this point, all the work of the village has a chapter to follow, and each party member and cadre can carry out their work in accordance with the system and strictly demand themselves. For example, in accordance with the requirements of democratic decision-making at the village level and the pre-consultation system. All major village-level events in our village have been consulted in advance and a villager congress has been held for democratic decision-making. Every link and program is open, fair, just, reasonable, reasonable and legal.

Through the implementation of these systems, the handling of various matters in the village is very transparent. In this way, the cadres are innocent and the people understand. The satisfaction rate of the people with the branch and the village committee has always been very high. It has formed a good situation in which the people support the work of village cadres and the work of cadres is strong. All the work can be carried out smoothly in our village, and the stable work is obvious to all.
