In February 2019, I was honored to be selected by the school party committee as the third batch of new rural construction instructors in Yunnan Province. I was stationed in Puqi Village, Puqi Town, Longyang District, Baoshan City, and served as the captain of the Provincial Longyang District Work Team. After I was in the village, I was both a good instructor and a good captain. I led the team's nine instructors to perform their duties and work hard, which effectively promoted the construction of new rural areas in Longyang District. The main contents of the report are as follows:

First, strengthen theoretical study, in-depth investigation and research

Although I have experience in rural life, I still feel the lack of knowledge and experience in rural work in the face of new changes in rural reform and development. Therefore, I always put strengthening learning in the first place, carefully attending lectures and taking notes during the training sessions of provincial, municipal, district, and town instructors. Read the New Rural Construction Instructor Workbook and related Learning Materials. Learn the principles and policies concerning the work of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, clarify the duties of the instructors, master the rules and methods for the daily management of the instructors, understand the responsibilities of the departments at all levels in the work of the instructors, and plan their work ideas as the team leader. After staying in the village, promptly instruct the instructors to go deep into the village group to conduct research and study, understand the village conditions and public opinion, write a "Diary of the People's Lives", and formulate a work plan. In the past year, the instructors actively cooperated with the village cadres to seriously investigate and investigate and find out the situation of their villages. Our four teachers from Yunnan University visited 4 administrative villages and 36 natural villages, and the number of farmers interviewed was more than 1,100. A total of more than 800 folk diaries were written, 12 issues of newspapers and 16 newsletters were published, and 56 slogans were produced. Second, strengthen coordination and communication, and strive for support from all sides

First, strengthen coordination and communication with the municipal and district party committee governments. The instructor's work is inseparable from the support and cooperation of all levels of departments. I pay close attention to the close contact and communication with the leaders of the urban party committee and government. The important work and activities carried out by the Task Force will be notified to the main leaders of the party and government in the city in a timely manner; I will report the work of our team instructors at the city and district team captains meeting and instructor work symposium every quarter. The urban area attaches great importance to the work of the provincial instructors, actively creates the necessary working conditions, actively helps solve problems and problems, and creates a good environment for the instructors to carry out their work.

The second is to strengthen coordination and communication with the instructors. In the management of the work team, I always adhere to the people-oriented concept, often with the instructors to talk about the heart, the instructor's physical condition, family situation, mental state of mind to know. To be strict in management, support in work, concern in life, and spiritual encouragement, we have received understanding, support and cooperation from all members.

The third is to strengthen coordination and communication with relevant departments and strive for project funding support. In the form of oral reports and written reports, I responded to the actual situation and investment benefits of the village group to the departments that can provide funding projects, laying the foundation for the project funding support.

Third, strengthen management services and stimulate work vitality.

First, strict management regulations and compliance with the instructor management methods. Our team adheres to the spirit of "not to be disciplined, not to be a party" and strictly abides by the provincial, municipal and district party committee governments' management measures for the construction of socialist new rural construction instructors. Strict leave system, strengthen self-management, and maintain the unit and its image.

The second is to use the "two sessions and one report" system as a carrier to promote work. The “two sessions” refer to the instructor exchange meeting held by the district new agricultural office that the instructor must attend every month, and the instructor symposium held quarterly by the city and district. The “one newspaper” is to run the “Working Brief” and ask the instructor to submit at least two briefings on the work development at least once a month. In this way, communication between team members is strengthened, providing a platform for instructors to exchange work experience and methods.

The third is to clarify the staged work tasks and enhance the pertinence of work. On the basis of asking the instructors to formulate the annual work plan, combined with the characteristics of rural work, our team has defined the staged work tasks. The main work in the first quarter was to publicize the party's xx spirit and the party's line, principles, and policies in the countryside ; familiar with the hometown, village, and group conditions. The main work in the second quarter was to sort out the ideas for the development of the industry in the village and to formulate a preliminary plan for the construction of a new countryside . The third quarter of the work is mainly to hold a team instructor meeting, personal and team summary, affirmation of results, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective measures. The main task in the fourth quarter is to assist townships and villages to complete the planning of the 2019 district-level new rural construction pilot village, and complete the 2019 pilot construction content as required to meet the inspection.

Finally, I want to talk about our rural feelings in the past year. The heart is in the countryside , looking forward to the wind. After leaving Baoshan, we still left the piece of rural love. Today, when we report to the leaders and teachers about the new rural work in the past year, each of our team members is full of excitement, because we have embraced each village group with real heart. Our thoughts go back and forth, because we can't forget the fragments of life that are full of memories. We have learned to be good at work, because we have deeply implanted the rural factors into the body. We have become mature and stable because we have a responsibility to shoulder the burden of building China's rural areas . A year of rural love, let us see that life is like a rolling snowball, the highest point is omnipresent and there is no such thing.
