In 2019, the total grain output of the village was 2153.6 tons, with 298 kilograms of grain per person, 2,780 large livestock stocks, 3,520 live pigs, and about 13,000 poultry stocks. The total economic income is 9.685 million yuan, and the per capita income is 835 yuan. Among them, the crop industry accounts for 36% of the income, the animal husbandry accounts for 42% of the total income, and the other income accounts for 22%.

Before I went to the village, I learned about the archives and leadership speech of the new rural construction. After I went to the village, I strictly followed the requirements of the “two crosses” and the “eight majors” of the new rural construction, and entered the role as soon as possible on the basis of comprehensive investigation and research. Actively carrying out work, timely realizing the transformation from the role of “cadre cadres to rural grassroots cadres”, humbly learning from village cadres and the people, consciously agreeing with the village “two committees”, township party committees and governments, and gradually integrating them. The local village "two committees" team. When townships, villages, and groups hold relevant meetings or research issues, and decide on major issues, they can actively participate and position themselves to achieve "guidance without arrangement, in place and not offside", and actively present their opinions and suggestions. The overall work has been recognized and affirmed by the township party committee and the village "two committees". The first is to focus on the central work of the party committee and the government, go deep into the grassroots and conduct in-depth research, and find out the village conditions and public opinion. We must always regard the voice of the people as the first signal of work, and regard the interests of the people as their first pursuit. Secondly, strive to be a good promoter. Through opening symposiums and writing slogans, we will widely publicize the great significance of building a new socialist countryside and convey the policies of the party in the countryside to the hearts of ordinary people. Through publicity and guidance, we will increase the enthusiasm of the people to participate and promote the smooth progress of all work in agriculture and rural areas . At the same time, the practice and experience of the work will be reported to the higher authorities and relevant media, and the monthly information and public sentiment will be reported to the New Rural Work Leading Group Office for more than 2 articles, and one research report will be submitted; The website of the Working Committee and the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau is adopted. The village leaders of Huashan Mountain led the villagers to make unremitting efforts to change the appearance of poverty. However, due to the weak village economy and low accumulation, it has seriously restricted the development of the village-level economy and the improvement of people's living standards. The village committee cadres have realized that Huashan should achieve poverty alleviation as soon as possible, must adapt to local conditions, develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses, give full play to its own advantages, combine practical conditions, and use project support as the entry point and focus of new rural work, and actively seek funds and projects from relevant departments. Solve the problems of the people with projects and enhance the ability of sustainable development. After learning about the needs of the village, I went back and forth between Zhenzhao and countless times. I reported to the superiors and reported that I would like to support them. I will wait for one day without a reply. The village has a work task and immediately rushed back to the village. Once I heard it, I heard it. A little bit of project funds' "wind and wind", and non-stop to "stare to death", often do not know how many times, even the masters of Zhenxiong passenger traffic and I became "old acquaintances." The hard work pays off. Huang, the director of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the deputy director of Yuan Liangfu, who is in charge of the work, and the deputy director of Zhang Tingxiang, who is in charge of the work of the new rural instructor, have arranged a fund of 70,000 yuan for Huashan Village for the rural environmental protection and well-being action plan of the village. Actively participated in the successful completion of the election of the "two committees" of the village.

According to the spirit of the New Rural Work Conference of the Municipal Party Committee this year and the "Notice of the Municipal Party Committee Office [2011] No. 1", the Zhaotong Municipal People's Government Office of the Zhaotong Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on the careful implementation of the election of the village party organization of Zhaotong City and the election of the fourth village committee In accordance with the arrangements of the township party committee and the government, I actively participated in the election of the village party organization and the third village committee. The entire election process was carried out in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities. The procedures were standardized and the progress was appropriate to ensure the end of the re-election work in April this year. . After the re-election, Comrade Xu Benlin was once again elected as the general secretary of the village party and the village director.

Participate in the reform of the collective forest rights system.

The reform of the collective forest rights system in Huashan Village passed the acceptance of the Provincial Forestry Reform Working Group on April 24 under the joint efforts of the County Forestry Reform Office and the rural two-level cadres.

Take the initiative to participate in drought-resistant spring farming.

This year, the city suffered from a drought that has not happened in a hundred years. Even the ancient Huashan, which has been eating rice for three years, has also experienced difficulties in drinking water for humans and animals. Spring farming has been seriously affected. For this reason, the two committees of the village have taken active actions to arrange for tractors to deliver water to the water. In difficult communities, ensure that there is no social stability problem caused by drought and water grabbing. As of mid-May, with the continuous rains for several days, the water shortage in Huashan Village was lifted. The majority of farmers have to seize the time to rush and replant crops to make up for the losses caused by drought.

Participate in other aspects of Huashan Village.

Third, the direction of work urgently

After half a year of work, it was found that the Huashan village-level economic foundation is weak and the accumulation is small, which seriously restricts the development of the village-level economy and the improvement of people's living standards. To achieve poverty alleviation as soon as possible, Huashan Village must adapt to local conditions, develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses, give full play to its own advantages, and combine its actual conditions to enhance its sustainable development capabilities.

The resource advantages of Huashan Village are as follows: 1 The animal husbandry industry needs to be developed; 2 The coal resources need to be integrated; 3 The mining resources need to be developed; 4 Grasp the opportunity of the Tongcheng highway to complete the service industry.

The difficulty in working in Huashan Village is the lack of funds, the lack of project introduction, and the lack of village-level office funding and sources of construction funding. The village committee hopes to receive the care, support and help from leaders and departments at all levels, and at the same time recognizes that it is equal, dependent, or not.
