There is only one brick kiln factory and one farm. The annual collective income mainly comes from the contracting of brick kiln factories and farms, about 25,000 yuan. In order to change this backward situation, the deputy director Zhou Jie led the team members to insist on staying in the village for a week to conduct research and write 2 research reports, and jointly study the new rural construction plan with the village cadres and cadres, and participate in the project construction. 3. Difficulties in the construction of new rural areas in Pengjialing Village

After a year of hard work, some changes have taken place in Pengjialing Village. However, we feel that there is still a big gap between the current status of the village and the goals and requirements of the new rural construction. Some outstanding problems still need to be further resolved.

The village collective economy is weak. Building a new countryside , the village collective economy is the foundation. Pengjialing Village is basically an agricultural village. Due to the constraints of land resources and soil structure, the village collective economy is weak. According to the survey, the annual collective economic income of the village is only 25,000 yuan. Except for a brick kiln factory and a farm contracted to individuals, there is almost no village-level collective economy. However, due to the serious aging of pipelines and pumps, no one has been interested, and it can only be maintained by the village committee.

The awareness of villagers' laws and regulations needs to be further improved. Due to the influence of the market economy, most of the young and strong people in Pengjialing Village go out to work. The villagers at home are generally older, have lower education level, and have less awareness of laws and regulations. Even if they go out to work, they have knowledge of laws and regulations. 4. Planning for the new rural construction in Pengjialing Village in 2019
