First, the training situation

1.1 Organizing and Implementing New Employees' On-the-job Training: Strictly follow the new employee induction training process. From July to November, new employee induction training has organized 40 sessions, 668 educated employees, and an average of 17 participants per session. The coverage rate of the three courses of quality management, safety and environmental protection education is 100%.

1.2 About company-level and unit training: From July to November, the company-level training was carried out in 15 sessions, and the number of trainees was 436. The focus was on the training skills and case analysis, equipment maintenance and maintenance operation procedures organized by the Ministry of Motors. The comprehensive emergency plan for production safety accidents organized by the Ministry of the Ring, the knowledge training on gas protection and the energy-saving technology training organized by the Energy Management Center; from July to November, 107 training units were implemented, and the number of trainees was 4,688. At the same time, under the guidance of the leaders, 20 people from the Pingsha boiler class received in July were organized to practice the company. After the actual practice test, 16 people were admitted. In August, the Pingsha driving class was accepted. Twenty-nine students came to the company for practical operation. After the actual practice examination, 21 people were admitted, and the gap between the boiler workers and the trainers leaving the company was filled in time.

Second, the regular training management situation

2.1 Management of training facilities: All training Nanshui training classrooms used 83 games from July to November. The training facilities are still intact. After each training session, the units are required to clean up and check the implementation every week. During the use of the classroom, through the coordination and communication of the various units, there is no conflict in time; 409 the use of the training classroom, in addition to the regular new employee induction training on Tuesdays and Fridays, is also used for the rest. 2.2 Collection of training materials: After each training session, the training materials of each unit will be promptly rushed. From July to November, a total of 52 training materials will be collected, see table:

2.3 Management of special operation ledgers: Since the special operation personnel information account was released in August, according to the information of the ledger, the personnel who need to be reviewed by the unit were notified in time for review, and there was no failure of the certificate due to the failure of one person due to the notification. The situation happened. Since the company's resignation and entry personnel are in the process of change every day, all units are required to send up the updated information of the department's ledger every two months. Third, the problems and countermeasures in the development of training work

First, the annual training plan is not in place. For the annual training plan approved by the company's leaders, it should be implemented according to the plan in general. If it cannot be implemented, it should be informed in advance and the reasons should be explained by paper materials. Many units have not done so. In the year, the training administrator will increase the supervision of the implementation of the annual training plan. At the beginning of each month, the project will be notified to plan the implementation of the plan. If the annual training plan cannot be implemented, it will be required to provide written explanation materials. For inspection.

Second, the training materials are submitted incomplete. Up to now, the training materials submitted by many units have not been submitted in full accordance with the requirements, which is also related to the faster exchange rate of the unit training administrator. In the year, we will increase our efforts in this aspect of management. According to the requirements of the annual inspection, we will teach the unit training administrator how to bind qualified training materials and submit relevant qualified electronic training materials.

Third, the special operation account information needs to be further improved. The first is that the account does not show the unit's special job position. With the position of the post, it is better to understand the dynamics of the company's special operations personnel; then the account should be submitted by the units every two months. Submitted once a month, and then aggregated every month. The summary will reflect the information reviewed within three months, form a separate form, and finally submit the summarized ledger information to the leader for reference.

Fourth, the new year's outlook

In the new year, we will focus on solving the shortcomings of training in the middle of the year, constantly refining and perfecting the training management system, and continuously strengthening the learning and execution of the training process for all units of training managers, and continuously absorbing the benefits of training.
