5. Strengthen the sanitation management of public places such as rooms and water sources. During the competition, according to the "Regulations on Public Health Management", the six reception hotels were strictly managed, and the rooms were required to be kept clean and hygienic . Bed linen, pillows and other supplies were replaced one by one, the indoor air was kept fresh, and the rooms were strictly cleaned and disinfected. The supervisors sampled the disinfection of room supplies every day, and sampled and tested 860 copies, with a pass rate of 100%. The management of water supply has been strengthened, and the hotel is required to send special personnel to manage the water supply system, and to prevent the occurrence of public health emergencies such as pollution or poisoning. The water quality was quickly tested every day, and a total of 90 samples were tested, with a pass rate of 100%. At the same time, we have strengthened the health supervision and management of public places such as bathing, beauty salons and so on.

6. Strict management of competition venues. The Texas competition venues are newly put into use. To this end, the supervisors monitor the microclimate and water sources of the venue daily. Microclimate testing projects include: formaldehyde, temperature and humidity, wind speed, carbon dioxide and other health indicators, a total of 40 points, the pass rate of 100%. Water source testing items include: pH, total number of colonies, hardness, residual chlorine content, nitrite content, etc., a total of 35 tests, the pass rate of 100%.

They have overcome many difficulties in life and family. The supervisors have worked hard and sweat, but The supervisor has no regrets. The successful completion of the health supervision work in the Texas area was ensured. 3. The position of the health supervision team in food safety supervision is particularly important, but the law enforcement and management of the food and beverage industry continues to be unreasonable. In the process of the 11th National Health Supervision and Protection, involving many problems in food production, management and catering supervision and management, there has been a gap in health safety supervision or inadequate supervision. For example, hotels, pigs, cattle, sheep, meat and their products can not find the test report containing the clenbuterol testing project. According to the Food Safety Law, the regulatory authorities are all managed by vegetables, or the supervision of each is not perfect. At the same time, it also exposed the phenomenon that the regulatory authorities are not familiar with the business.

In the process of the 11th National Health Supervision and Protection, the punishment for the supervision of illegal activities by catering units is extraordinarily cautious. The law enforcement body is clearly stipulated in the Food Safety Law. The hotel also knows that the health department has no law enforcement power. At present, the temporary escrow of the health department, the implementation of punishment can not be justified. At the same time, the supervisor is still holding more thoughts than one thing, and is unwilling to get into trouble. From this point of view, the implementation of the Food Safety Law is a long and difficult process.

4. Public health supervision in public places has a long way to go. During the health supervision and protection of the 11th National Games, we supervised and managed the accommodation, beauty salons, bathing and drinking water in the hotel. With the promulgation of the "Food Safety Law" and the adjustment of the health supervision function, the law enforcement methods that used the food hygiene supervision to drive the management of public places have disappeared. The cooperation between the hotel and the health supervision department is subject to practice testing. The current Regulations on the Administration of Public Health in the Public Places are somewhat lagging behind, failing to meet the current scope and functions of management, and the penalties are still insufficient. It will be more difficult for the “five small industries” health management. Therefore, it will be a very difficult task to carry out public health supervision and management in public places in the future.
