4. Strengthened the training and management of village-level maternal and child health workers. In order to strengthen the management of maternal and child health workers, the “Junhe Health Center Village-level Maternal and Child Health Workers Work Management System” was formulated to link the attendance, training and examinations of maternal and child health workers directly to wages, and implemented reward and punishment systems. On the one hand, they improved their business level, on the other hand, they improved their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for their work. They held 12 regular meetings throughout the year, distributed promotional materials 12 times, and held training sessions 6 times. At each regular meeting, they will be able to attend meetings on time and be able to carefully record the meeting; after each training they will be able to successfully complete the study summary and be able to complete the examination paper independently. 6. Complete the registration of children aged 0-6 years. The total number of children aged 0-7 years in the town is 1,329, the number of newborns is 175, the number of children under 3 years old is 423, and the 0-year-old children are 0. Among them, 0 died of neonatal.
