First, put the students' ideological education in the first place of student work.
1. In the face of this year's special political situation, our department carried out a series of theme group day activities of "patriotism, law-abiding, honesty, and courtesy", through the screening of "classic films", knowledge contests, organizing party members to sweep graves for martyrs, and visiting welfare homes. 2. Convince the work, make full use of the resources in the school, hire relevant experts and scholars to give counseling reports to the students, publicize the party's line, guidelines, and policies, help the students to define their historical responsibilities, and actively maintain social stability. Our department is stable from April to May. The work was well received by the hospital leadership.
3. Actively do a good job in the education of new students, and go deep into them to do a good job of ideological stability. 4. Focus on professional education, focus on the study of rules and regulations, and listen to lectures and reports as effective carriers to give freshmen a good first class in college life. Third, improve the comprehensive ability of student cadres, and build a high-quality student cadre team, the smooth development of student work, to a large extent depends on a high-quality student cadre team. 1. In the management of students' daily behavior, the intensity is not strong enough. Because of some objective reasons, the implementation of various rules and regulations can not be fully in place, especially the comprehensive quality education of students needs further improvement.
2. The mechanism for the construction of the style of study must be further strengthened. At present, some students are more serious in the class, and the phenomenon of fraud in the examination still occurs.
3. The education of graduates' ideological education, especially the concept of employment, should be deeper. From the time the students enter the school, they must carry out relevant employment guidance and training, so that they can accurately position themselves and establish correct values, and lay a good foundation for future employment.
4. In terms of how to strengthen the management of the cadres and student council cadres, it is necessary to continuously improve and improve.
