1. Seriously carry out education and teaching activities

As an international class, our class is a foreign teacher for half a day, so our Chinese teaching activities will be reduced accordingly. However, our class still keeps the teaching activities as orderly as possible, and steadily moves forward, while also ensuring the outdoor activities of young children. And I am also doing my best to cooperate with foreign teachers in class, and strive to play their own professional expertise. It is gratifying that four of the five children in our class who participated in the English examination are good, which also gave me Greater motivation, let me have the confidence to continue to move forward!

2. Strengthen routine training so that young children develop good behavior habits

In the first half of the year, due to lack of work experience, I underestimated the ancient teachings of “no rules, no rules” and neglected the routine training of the children. After the middle class, thanks to the participation of experienced teachers, I realized the routine. The importance of training, after half a year, the full cooperation of the teachers in the class, the children's routine has made significant progress. I also recognize the importance of teaching experience.

3, various forms, promote home interaction

I have always believed that good children need not only excellent teachers, but also the cooperation of parents. Therefore, I usually make full use of the short conversations in the morning and evening, communicate with parents in a timely manner, ask the children's recent performance at home, and inform the parents of the progress made by the children in a timely manner; they will also communicate with the parents by means of notes. Cooperate with our work; the daily teaching content posted outdoors is also very much concerned by parents.

Of course, there are still some shortcomings in our work, such as; some children still have bad postures such as rocking chairs and sitting on the floor; individual children have poor listening habits, are very active, and are difficult to comply with activities and rules of the game; The politeness education still needs to be improved and so on.

In short, in the future work and life, I will try my best to do more research, think more, learn from the experienced teachers with humility, and work hard to do my own work and strive for greater progress!
