They carefully observe, why they can’t finish, their curious exploration, and even the ticking of the clock. Do not let go. In general, my class has a more active mindset, more lively and cheerful personality, loves brains, loves independent thinking, and loves to ask questions. In terms of language expression ability, through multi-channel training, children’s language skills are better. Great improvement, the vast majority of children can express their requests and wishes very clearly. There has also been a strong interest in painting. Most children are happy to participate in various activities and have a certain sense of collective honor. The progress in eating and dining is very obvious, the meal is much quieter, and the situation of the eclipse is also changed a lot. The physical fitness of the children in the class is constantly increasing, and the attendance of the class is good.

However, there are still many weak points in the class. Conflicts often occur between peers. Some children often have excessive behaviors and cannot be solved with correct and proper methods and attitudes. Love imitates others, lacking certain non-resolving power. Young children listen to habitual deviations and have insufficient persistence. There are more boys who do not follow the rules well in various activities.

1. Carry out a variety of thematic activities, create a good theme environment creation, meet the development needs of children at different levels, and promote the development of young children.

We timely grasp the children's points of interest, more to reflect the child's participation and subject status, and cultivate children's initiative learning and inquiry learning. 2. Do a good job of connecting young children so that young children can adapt to the new learning life as soon as possible.

Large class children are about to leave kindergarten and enter a new environment to study and live. How to make young children better adapt to the small country's study and life is the focus of our work this semester.

1) Develop children's independent consciousness. Through social activities, labor, talks, etc., children should learn to survive, adopt a form of appraisal to encourage them to do their jobs, educate their children to do their own things, and cultivate children’s time concepts so that young children know what to do. Things, when should not be done and control their wishes and behaviors.

2) Preparation for learning. In the final stage of the next semester of the big class, we will extend the activity time as needed to cultivate the attention and patience of the children. In daily life, pay attention to the habit of thinking, loving, and answering questions carefully. In order to promote the children's interest in learning and curiosity, we combine the reading topics of our school in educational activities, cleverly integrate some activities of word games, stimulate children's interest in textbooks, like reading, and mobilize children's desire to go to the country. In combination with the theme activities, a series of activities such as “I want to go to the country” and count down from the park were carried out. The children’s enthusiasm for learning was mobilized. They knew that they grew up and could not rely on their parents and teachers. In this activity, we taught the children to read graduation poems, sing graduation songs, and cherish each other's time in kindergarten . Our teacher also made a handbook for the children. In the last few days, I often see children signing their names with their companions. The look is no less than the moment when we are adults. They leave each other's way of contact, draw the smiley features of the little friends, and dress the cover of the book. Everyone's book is full.

3. This school will always do a good job in safety work and ensure the physical and mental health of every child.

Seriously carry out safety education activities every week, through various forms, so that children have initially mastered some methods of safety precautions, reminding young children not to do dangerous actions, and educating young children to tell adults as soon as possible when they are in danger. During the day's activities, the teacher always pays attention to the safety of the children, finds hidden dangers and eliminates them in time. The children have made great progress in all aspects of routine activities and daily activities, knowing some safety knowledge and promoting Young children establish a good sense of safety and improve their self-protection ability.

4, the home garden cooperation, a total of new seedlings.

Our work is inseparable from the cooperation and help of parents. In this semester, the work of parents since the semester has been busy and harvested. This has become the consensus of the majority of early childhood educators. Parents are no longer observers of education.
