Summary of kindergarten teaching and research work in the second half of 2012


In this semester, we aim to improve the level of education and quality of education in an all-round way, and take the opportunity of using the textbook "Exploration Course for Children's Multiple Ability" of Nanjing Normal University to practice the spirit of the "Outline" and implement the grassroots nature of the school. Teaching and management reforms, bold attempts, teaching and research work have achieved certain results, and are briefly summarized as follows:
I. Maximizing the Benefits of the New Curriculum Connotation In this semester, we have implemented the new textbook “Exploration Course for Children's Multi-Capabilities”, focusing on thematic research: in the context of the theme, dissect the relevant theme activities of all ages, through the creation of children's environment and materials. Efforts to improve teachers' ability to practice, think, research and reflect, thus accelerating the professional growth of teachers.
1. The study of the small subject of each class is combined with the research on the theme of the grade group. Teachers actively participate in group learning and discussion, focusing on case collection and research. The theme activities of the small class include “Candy Kingdom”, “I like it”, “Graphic Kingdom”, etc. The activities of the middle class theme include “Red Year”, “Little Animals Winter”, “Happy Street”, “Mathematic Wall”, etc. The theme of the big class theme activity is “Understanding Tea Culture”.
2. Exchange and intercommunication of educational experience. In the process of practicing the new textbooks, the editors of the textbooks were invited to give us a lecture on "Children's Life is a Course", so that teachers can realize the deeper educational significance of the new textbooks. In addition, Li Lei, a famous teacher of Recreational Kindergarten , gave a lecture on “Practice and Thinking about Exploratory Theme Activities”. The exploratory theme activities put forward higher requirements for teachers' roles and skills.
3. Environmental creation reflects the interactive sharing between teachers, children and parents. According to the achievements of teachers, in the major teaching and research, we further put forward the requirements of “multiple supplements” and “changing changes” in environmental creation. That is: according to the theme development and transformation, the classroom environment should also follow the change. First, pick up new information. Organize teachers to visit and learn the environment of other parks, watch the expansion of information; secondly, talk about personal ideas. After the environmental observation, everyone talks about the experience; once again, the self observes and appreciates each other. Each class demonstrates the creation of results and describes the diverse regional environment and materials. At the end of the semester, the class environment has obvious changes and supplements, reflecting the interaction and communication between teachers, children and parents, and paying attention to the cultivation of children's behavioral habits.
Second, pay attention to the nature and connotation of mathematics content The garden teaching and research content of our park is "the exploration of basic teaching modes in various fields". In this semester, we focus on the "essence and connotation of mathematical content". The specific practices are as follows:
1. Reinforce learning. The garden teaching and research requires teachers to conduct research while organizing educational activities. Research means learning, forming a garden-based teaching and research mechanism integrating learning and research, providing theoretical support and guarantee for teachers' action research.
First, consult the materials and learn the theory. Learn the interpretation of mathematics in the "Outline" "Experience the quantitative relationship, experience the meaning of mathematics"; learn "Children's Mathematics Education" edited by Zhao Jishi, understand the content of mathematics education mainly contains content and conceptual problems, pay attention to the essence and connotation of mathematics content Be cautious when designing mathematical activities, reflecting the three characteristics of mathematics: abstraction, precision, and application.
Second, analyze and compare mathematics lessons. By comparing two mathematics classes, "knowing about the self-centered left and right" and "experiencing the position and order of the left and right, and cultivating the initial application consciousness." From the comparison, we can understand the new value of mathematics education and solve the problem is the center of mathematics curriculum. Therefore, creating a life-like game situation is an important means of mathematics education.
2. Conduct mathematics competitions. In early November, we conducted a mathematics competition. Select 8 more mature activities in the competition as a model demonstration, further improve the recording and retention, and share resources. There are a lot of new information in the game, such as: algebra total learning to use coins, algebra total measurement height, project records, evaluation, angle exploration and so on. Paying attention to the nature and connotation of mathematics content and creating a "living" mathematics learning situation is the biggest feature of this competition.
3. Environmental creation is closely integrated with mathematical activities. Walls such as “small fish open for dinner”, “graphic spelling”, “coming guests”, “fantastic graphics”, etc., present concrete operation construction, observation and understanding of objects, and memory explanation of symbols, reflecting the cultivation of children The educational mechanism of mathematics and wisdom, enlighten young children to think, and get a solution to the problem.
4. As a demonstration in Shanxi Province and a window kindergarten , we play a leading role. Therefore, we do not retain our own achievements, and strive to present activities worthy of reference and thinking to share learning and improve together.
