After the Wenchuan earthquake, he learned about the disaster from the news and immediately bought a train ticket to go to Jiangyou. But when he arrived at the Qinling border of Sichuan and Shaanxi, the road was no longer available. Xie Congwu got off the train and looked at the Qinshan Mountains in front. He gritted his teeth and began to climb over the Qinling Mountains. After a day, he climbed the mountain. He was assigned to a settlement where he cleaned, distributed medicines, and carried everything. When he returned home with a material truck in Shaanxi, he donated his only 94 yuan toll...

Volunteers are everywhere: in the old people's homes, in the remote mountains, in the Olympics... When you need help, they will reach out with a helping hand. During the Paralympic Games, these enthusiastic volunteers will bring blind people across the road, push wheelchairs for disabled people, guide foreigners and so on. There are also a large number of environmental volunteers who insist on promoting environmental protection throughout the year and use their actions to maintain the environment in which we live. The moving stories of the volunteers affect everyone in us.

On September 15th, I went to the "Bird's Nest" with my sister and watched the track and field competition of the Paralympic Games. Here, I not only saw disabled athletes who were physically and mentally hard and tenacious, but I also saw many volunteers. In the "Bird's Nest", the volunteers also helped the elderly to go upstairs to find seats and provide different services for those who watched the game.
