Treasure Island Taiwan is in my heart

There is a beautiful treasure island, north to the East China Sea, south to the South China Sea. It is one of the famous tea-picking provinces in the country, with a wide variety of tea varieties; its scenic spots and historical sites abound; rare animals and plants, birds are countless, it is Taiwan.

However, this beautiful and rich place has suffered too much. At the beginning of the seventeenth century, the Spaniards invaded part of Taiwan's land and soon became a Dutch colony. The successful recovery of Zheng Chenggong seems to make everyone see the precursor of happiness, but in 1894, it was lost in Japan. When the Second World War was defeated and Japan surrendered, China ushered in a civil war. The failed Chiang Kai-shek separated Taiwan from the mainland.

Hong Kong wanderer, you are back; Macau wandering, you are back; Taiwan wandering, when can you return?

In the past, there are always some gaps in the past, so that Taiwan and the mainland can only look at each other but cannot talk. Every time in my dreams, I dreamed of the joyful scene of Taiwan’s return. I woke up and felt lost. Do you know the mother's expectation of returning to you? Lee Teng-hui’s absurd "two-state theory" is outrageous. Even so, it can't stop the development of the two places. The same as a country, the same as a country, the same blood, the heart of a country, the same brother, how can we separate?

The blood is thicker than water and the flesh is connected. How many pairs of hot eyes, eager to return to the warm embrace of the motherland? How many patriots’ hands have been firmly and forcefully extended to you? How many generations of people have opened their doors of heavy straits? This is an unanswerable question.

"Now, the homesickness is a shallow strait, I am here, the mainland is at that end." This poem of Yu Guangzhong wrote a beautiful and slightly sentimental wandering love song, expressing the Taiwanese people’s hopes on both sides of the strait. The desire for unity. Yes, you see, the bauhinia is open and the lotus is open. And when will the day rise, when will it rise?

I believe that it is not far away.

"Make me on the top of the mountain, look at my mainland. The mainland is not visible, only crying! I am buried on the top of the mountain, looking at my hometown. The hometown is not visible, never forget!" Under the joint efforts of the people on both sides, I believe The wishes of Mr. Yu Youren will be realized!
