Inspirational speech

Don't be led by emotions

Successful people control their emotions, and losers are controlled by their own emotions.

American researchers have found that "a mouse smashes a pot of soup" is equally applicable in the workplace. Individually negative employees have a serious negative impact on overall work. You must have encountered a similar situation: there will always be a few colleagues who blame the day and night, whether they are at the weekly staff meeting or in the restaurant queue, they are always complaining. They only need a few words of discouragement to make a lively brainstorming session abandon, and their bad mood will spread soon. Negative attitudes can even offset good news.

As we all know, bacteria, viruses, etc. are contagious, but we do not know that negative emotions can also be transmitted. Some people call this kind of negative emotion contagion "emotional pollution."

The transmission of negative emotions is carried out unconsciously, and the rate of infection is quite fast. If a person stays with someone close to you and the other person's mood is low or irritated, then his emotions will be infected by the other party in less than half an hour.

A scientist in the United States has found that people who are comfortable and cheerful, if they get along with a depressed, frowning, sighing person, will soon become depressed. Moreover, the stronger a person's compassion and sensitivity, the more likely they are to be infected by bad emotions.

Emotion is the physical and mental experience of people's special feelings about an objective thing in the environment. It is a non-intellectual potential that has a significant impact on the success of life. A study by Nandi Nathan, a psychologist at the University of Michigan in the United States, found that almost three-tenths of a person's life is in a state of emotional discomfort. Therefore, people often need to fight against those negative emotions.

Successful people control their emotions, and losers are controlled by their own emotions. The so-called successful people are the people who break the most psychological barriers, because each person has more or less psychological obstacles of various sizes.

Emotional changes often manifest themselves in some of our neurophysiological activities. For example, when you hear that you have lost a chance to get promoted, your brain nerves will immediately stimulate the body to produce a lot of excitatory "norepinephrine". The result is that you are angry, restless, at any time. Prepare to find someone to judge, or "to discuss." Emotional control is very helpful to life. If a person really wants to achieve something, he must have the ability to regulate emotions.

There has never been a perfect company in the world, and there has never been a perfect individual. The key is to put people's attention on it. Is to pay attention to the advantages, or pay attention to the shortcomings. Focusing on different aspects of the problem often leads to different outcomes and different emotions for people. Looking at the positive aspects of the problem can produce optimistic emotions; looking at the negative aspects of the problem will produce pessimistic emotions. But quite a lot of people can't help but choose pessimism, so they must learn to control their own attention to regulate their emotions.

Throughout the course of life, negative thinkers are seasick along the way, and they are always disappointed with the future, no matter what the situation is. In the eyes of the passive thinker, the glass is never half full, but half empty. They expect to get the worst results in life, and the truth is.
