There is always a whistle hanging around the neck of the physical education teacher. The students must be very interested in it. It is always very happy if there is a chance to blow it. Do you know that? It takes a lot of work to make a small whistle.

In the first step, the factory first cut a piece of brass with a metal cutter into the main three parts of the whistle: the top, the sides and the bottom of the whistle.

In the second step, the three parts are bent and shaped.

In the third step, the brackets are used to fix the parts in the corresponding positions and they are welded together.

In the fourth step, the formed whistle is smoothed and then coated with a layer of chrome copper.

In the fifth step, the machine presses a cork ball into the vent of the whistle. This is the whistle. After the whistle beans are restored to their original size, it will not fall out.

In the final step, the whistle can be packed by pressing the upper whistle ring and a whistle.
