Thank you very much for your trust in me and to elect the mayor of the People’s Government of the city. I know the weight of this election because it contains the trust of 360,000 people.
I feel glorious when I can be a city mayor. I love money, just like loving my home. This hot land, with its rich history, glorious traditions, abundant resources, and beautiful mountains and rivers, has moved me to the courage, diligence, simplicity and tolerance of the people. Over the years, under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the people have been united and struggling, constantly making progress, diligent work, unremitting pursuit, and achieved great achievements in economic construction and various social undertakings. I am proud of it. Today, I am fortunate to be the mayor of the capital city. The first sentence I want to say is: thank you for the care of the organization, the concern of the leaders, the trust of the people of the city, especially the representatives present, and the support and help, love and reverence of the comrades over the years. . Without this, I will accomplish nothing.
While feeling glorious, I feel a little more pressure. For me, today is a new starting point. I feel that I am like a candidate. The question I am facing is the big article on the economic and social development of the capital city. Or, like an athlete who participated in the relay race, the predecessors have already Bringing the brilliance they created to my hands, how to make this article better and run this bar faster is a review, a kind of examination and a challenge for me. In the future work, I will do my duty, work hard, work diligently, and concentrate on all my efforts to fulfill my mission. The next five years will be the five-year implementation of the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the five-year implementation of the important thinking of the "Three Represents". It is the full implementation of the ninth Party Congress and the strategic deployment proposed by this meeting. In the past five years, it is to continue to promote the "three-oriented" process, vigorously implement the five-year plan of structural adjustment, opening up, operating towns, revitalizing the city through science and education, and sustainable development. It is striving to achieve the leap-forward development of the city's economy and society, and comprehensively promote the construction of a well-off society. The key to five years. In these five years, there are three historical missions that we need to complete. I think that it is my duty, obligation and mission to work together with the people of the city and all of you here to work hard to do things in the capital city and to do things that belong to this administration.
I know that my ability is limited and the level is not high. However, I am willing to give me everything and do my best to contribute all my strength to the development of the capital city. I believe that Heaven will pay for it, and that it will make up for it. I believe that if you pay, you will gain something. I think that as long as I try my best to practice the principle of "righteousness, dropout, diligence, seriousness, and obedience", I will be effective in doing things, be diligent and pragmatic, be honest and clean, be bold, and dare to break through.
