In my spare time, I also learned computer software, such as autocad, coreldraw, potoshop, pro/e, etc., and I am skilled at working, and have solved problems well. At present, the company's employees are too large to leave, and when the work is busy, sometimes the work of the top two people has a significant increase in repression. In recent years, Guangdong's economy has developed further, the material rises too much, the consumption is high, and my work ability and the treatment of technicians in the same industry are too different. So far my salary has only increased by tens of dollars, and these problems have really affected my daily work. In this situation, my current level of treatment seems a bit thin. It has become one of the most important factors limiting my development.

In order to be able to work for the company, and in order to get better development of itself, I hope that the company can formulate policies based on the fairness of the company's employee handbook and the competitive treatment of the company, and raise the salary for me.
