Second reporting system

If there is a situation as stipulated in Article 3 of this emergency plan, the school shall report to the central school office and the in charge of the leader within one hour after the discovery. Article 3 There are many reasons that may cause accidental accidents among students in the school. The main reasons are:

Article 4 Prevention Measures

1. Use various forms to strengthen the behavioral norms education and safety education for students and enhance students' self-protection awareness.

3. Strengthen the safety inspection of school education, teaching and living facilities, equipment, and venues, houses and equipment, and discover hidden dangers.

4. The school shall, in accordance with the requirements of the school's safety work and the comprehensive management of social security, determine the safety responsibility package area at the grade level or department, and the person in charge of the grade level or department shall be the person responsible for the safety responsibility contract area. 1. Relevant work and precautions at the incident stage

Send the injured student to the nearest county or above hospital for treatment at the fastest speed, and keep the ticket or invoice.

Notify parents immediately after an accident.

General accidents are reported in writing within 24 hours; major accidents are immediately reported by telephone, and they can be written orally and then reported to the insured insurance company.

After the accident, the school shall, in accordance with the “Measures for the Handling of Student Injury Accidents” issued by the Ministry of Education or the relevant provisions on the handling of injury accidents of students in Chinese primary schools, clarify that the school is responsible for accidents or that the school is not responsible for accidents. The school is responsible for accidents and major accidents and immediately handed over to the higher authorities in accordance with the relevant procedures; the school is not responsible for the accident report to the resident judicial department.
