National Small Prevention Flood Prevention Emergency Plan

In order to strengthen school safety management and prevent the occurrence of drowning accidents, combined with the actual situation of our school, we have formulated a plan to prevent drowning.

First, the security leadership team

Team leader: xx

Deputy leader: xx

Member: xx

Responsibilities: Fully responsible for command and coordination of emergency drills, and issue orders in time to start the plan according to actual conditions.

Second, prevention methods, safety education

The most common accidents in swimming are cramps, whirlpools, and entanglement with water plants. In the event of these situations, the following self-help methods should be taken:

l. In the event of an accident, calm down, don't panic, and call for help from others while trying to save yourself.

2. When swimming is cramping, if it is very close to the shore, it should be discharged immediately to the shore for massage; if it is far from the shore, you can take a back-up posture, and float on the water to try to pull and massage the cramped limbs in order to alleviate If self-rescue does not work, you should try to use the uncramped limbs to paddle.

3. When swimming encounters aquatic plants, you should swim back from the original road in a backstroke position. If you are entangled in aquatic plants, don't be arrogant, you should fall back on the water. Draw a hand in one hand, unravel the grass in one hand, and then swim back from the original road.

4. When you are swimming, you will get into a whirlpool. You can inhale and then sneak into the water, and forcefully swim outside, and then swim out of the center of the vortex and then float out of the water.

5. If there is physical weakness or excessive fatigue during swimming, stop swimming, return to the surface of the water to restore physical strength, and return to the shore in time after the physical strength is restored.

6. Be sure to get the family's consent before you get close to the stream. At the same time, you must be accompanied to take care of each other.

7. In the waters where there are warning signs such as "No swimming or water depth hazard", don't play in the water.

8. Do not swim or play in the waters, streams, rivers, lakes, etc. of unknown terrain to avoid danger.

9. When the physical and mental condition is not good, such as tiredness, fullness, hunger, illness, bad mood and alcoholism, it is not appropriate to play.

10. Unexplained stream topography or water depth should not be dived.

11. Those who have poor diving skills should not sneak into deep water to avoid danger to their lives.

12. Safety jackets should be worn when engaging in any water activities for safety.

13. Don't wear jeans or trousers.

14. If you see someone drowning, call for help. Those who are not skilled in lifesaving techniques should not go to the rescue.

15. Rivers and rivers are high in water, the flow rate of rivers is rushing, the slope of the river is steep, and the undercurrent vortex often appears. If the tourists do not look at the bottom of the water, rushing into the water or ignoring the hidden dangers of the vast waters, and wanting to tide the tide, it is likely to pay a great price.

Self-help and lifesaving in water

Unexpected events that typically occur in water are usually due to two reasons:

1. Panic: When a person is in danger, he will contract muscles and stiffen his body due to tension, and his activity will decrease.

2, physical exhaustion: continuous struggle, exhaustion of physical strength, reduce the chance of survival.

Self-help method:

When a drowning event occurs, you must calm down, understand your environment, and use your buoyancy or things around you to save your life. The basic principle of self-rescue in water is to "maintain physical strength; to maintain the longest time in the water with the least physical strength". To meet this requirement, we must alleviate the respiratory rate, relax the muscles, and slow down the movement.

The basic principle of survival in the water is to use any object that increases buoyancy on the body or around the body, so that the body floats on the water for rescue.

Swimming safety knowledge in the swimming pool

1. Do not run or chase at the pool to avoid slipping and hurting.

2. The pool side can't push people into the water, so as not to hit someone or hit the pool and get hurt.

3. It is strictly forbidden to dive at the poolside, often due to shallow water, causing cervical spine injury and lifelong paralysis.

4. When playing in the water, do not put others into the water, so as not to suffocate because of drowning.

5. When there is chill in the water activity, or when there will be cramps, you should land on the rest.

6. If someone finds someone drowning, immediately issue a "Someone drowning" call for help or call 110 for support. If you have not learned water lifesaving, you should not take it to the rescue.

7. If you find yourself in the water and you are unable to swim back to the pool, you should immediately raise your hand for help, or shout "Help" to wait for rescue.

Water prevention knowledge

1. Don't play at the seaside, the lake, the river, the reservoir, the ditch, the pond, and catch up to slip into the water. There is a saying: If there is nothing to do with the river, it is inevitable that there will be wet feet.

2. It is strictly forbidden for students to swim in private, especially for primary school students who must be accompanied by an adult and bring a good life.

3. It is strictly forbidden for primary and middle school students to go out for fishing. Because the fishing rod is at the water's edge, the soil and sand on the water side are soaked by water for a long time, and it becomes very loose. Some water sides are soaked in water for a long time and have a layer of moss. Sliding into the water, there is a danger of being injured even if it does not slip into the water.

4. In the absence of an adult to accompany or bring a lifebuoy, it is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily go to the boat.

5, go to the park to row, or take a boat must sit, do not run on the boat, or wash your hands and feet on the side of the ship, especially when riding a boat, do not shake, not overweight, so as not to overturn or sink the boat.

6. When you are on a boat, once you encounter a special situation, you must keep calm and listen to the instructions of the staff on board, and you should not rashly jump.

7. If someone is drowning, don't rush to rescue.

8, in the face of heavy winds and heavy rain, big waves or fog too much weather, it is best not to take the boat, do not play on the boat.

9. If you accidentally slip into the water, you should take enough breath, slap the water, and shout loudly. The people on the shore should immediately call the adults to rescue, and find nearby branches, bamboo, grass and vines, which are easy to throw into the water. The people seized, if there were no adults to rescue, the people on the shore should immediately take off their clothes, belts and pick them up and throw them at the water.

10. If you are unfortunate enough to drown, when someone comes to the rescue, you should relax your body and let the rescuer hold the waist.

11, when you are particularly fond of things, do not rush to fish when falling into the water, but should look for adults to help.
