The branch conference reviewed the performance of party members during the preparatory period, affirmed the advantages, pointed out shortcomings and deficiencies, and fully expressed their opinions. After that, the probationary party member himself retired, and the branch assembly made a decision on the basis of the opinions of the party group and the performance of the preparatory period, and voted on the regularization of the period, the extension of the preparatory period or the abolition of the probationary party membership. The branch secretary shall fill in the resolutions and seals of the branch and report to the party committee of the organ in time.

4. Approval by the Party Committee of the Organ. The organizing committee of the organ was convened to examine and approve the resolutions submitted by the branch on schedule, the prolongation of the preparatory period, and the abolition of the probationary party membership. The result of the examination and approval shall be notified by the party committee of the organ to the relevant party branch, and the party branch shall notify the probationary party member himself and announce it at the branch meeting. At the same time, the "Participant's Volunteer Letter" and political review materials, which were transferred to the party members on time, will be transferred to the personnel department for inclusion in the file.
