The first step in joining the party is to submit the "Application for Joining the Party" and express your strong desire to join the party to the party organization. In principle, only those who have submitted the "Participation Application" are the targets of the party organization's consideration of development. Rather than saying how good you are, how outstanding your work ability is, you can't decide on the issue of joining the party. After the "Application for Party" is written, in principle, it is handed over to the party branch secretary or organization committee of the party branch to which the class belongs. But in general, you can hand it over to the group secretary or counselor.

After submitting the "Application for Party", the party organization will examine you, mainly in terms of study and life. It is best to have outstanding performances, such as getting a scholarship or helping others. After half a year, the party organization will select some people who have performed well and send them to the "Investigating Forms of the Party's Activists" to identify you as a "party activist" and choose two official party members as your cultivators.

After becoming a "party activist", at least every quarter, you must submit a "Ideological Report" to the party organization, report to the party organization about your thoughts since this time, and ask the content to be close to reality and have a real sense of truth. It can be said that "Ideology Report" is an important channel for party organizations to understand you, so it must be written carefully.

"Participating party activists" have performed well for one year and can be identified as "key training targets". They can be understood as excellent "party activists" and are groups that the party organizations are prepared to develop into probationary party members. During the "activist" period, you should have attended the party class and got the party class certificate.

Half a year after the “cultivation target”, the party organization will send a message to your parents and major social relationships, such as uncles, aunts, aunts, and sisters, before developing your party members. It is mainly to investigate whether your family members are There are political and historical issues, such as whether or not you have participated in 89 academics, flg organizations, and so on. This stage is also called political review. After the political review, the party branch will open a public survey meeting, randomly select ordinary students in the class, ask about your usual performance, and get the "People's Survey Meeting Record." The completion of these procedures, no problem, the party branch can convene a "branch meeting" to discuss your vote on the party.

The branch meeting is attended by all party members and probationary members of the branch. At the meeting, you must read your application for joining the party. Your party introducer will report your performance during the training period. And at the conference will report your political review. Finally, all the official party members discussed the vote. Only more than half of the votes were passed, and the results of the vote were publicly announced at the meeting.

After that, the party branch will summarize the "party branch meeting minutes", "political review materials", "popular investigation meeting records", "party class completion certificate", "joining party application" and "thought report" and so on. The information is submitted to the higher party organization for approval. Therefore, the "Ideological Report" must be carefully written, because it will be placed in your file, with you for a lifetime. At this time, the higher party organization will talk to you and understand your thoughts, including your motivation to join the party, your understanding of the party and your understanding of the party's knowledge. It is a good way to review the "Party Constitution" and the counseling materials for the party class.

After the approval and approval of the higher-level party organization, you will have to fill out the "Participation in the Party". At this time, you will truly become a probationary member. Later, in the “political face” column of the various forms, you can fill out the “members of the Communist Party of China”. At this point, you can say that you are done, remember that the date you join the party is the day when the branch holds a branch meeting for you. From then on, you will need to pay party membership to the party organization. As a student, this number is not high, two cents per month.

After one year of preparation, you should submit the Application for Correction to the Party Branch in time. If you perform well during the one-year period, there is no political problem, no punishment, you can smoothly turn positive. Of course, it is still necessary to convene a party branch conference, vote by all party members of the party branch, and submit it to the higher party organization for approval.
