I echoed the call of the school, actively practiced the scientific development concept in teaching, implemented a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable way of thinking in the work, and prepared for each class. And try to make every student participate in the classroom to gain knowledge; arrange personalized homework, let students make full use of their creativity, that is, take care of the majority and encourage students' personality development.

two. In terms of teacher professional ethics

Education is the cause of educating people. A noble teacher's morality is not only a genius that a teacher should have, but also a prerequisite for cultivating outstanding quality students. At the beginning of my work, I have just walked out of the university campus. I don’t understand the profession of teachers. I can’t change roles quickly. It’s hard to integrate into the students. However, under the guidance of the school leaders and teachers, I took the initiative to approach the students, found the advantages of each student, communicated with the students in a sincere manner, and seriously reflected, studied hard, and improved the professional ethics of teachers.

In the "Integration Experiment"-themed communication activities, I listened to the reports made by the first generation of experimental people and outstanding young teachers of our school. I learned about the development track of our school and really felt the concern of our school for new teachers. Let me have a sense of belonging; I will see the teachers who are working tirelessly and conscientiously every day. I deeply understand and understand the school-running philosophy of our school--sincerely running school and seeking excellence, which makes me heartily A sense of pride as an experimenter has strengthened my determination and confidence to accelerate the growth of a good experimental youth party teacher.

three. In terms of business

I have been teaching for more than one semester, and my teaching standards have been greatly improved. In addition to my personal efforts, I have been able to provide a good environment for the growth of our new teachers. The teacher conference gave me a good teacher, Teacher Zhang Chen. She gave me great help in teaching. The teachers in the same group always pay attention to my growth and openly pointed out my shortcomings and shortcomings. Although I have more to gain, there are still many shortcomings:

1. Ideologically understand that the scientific development concept is not profound enough and the theoretical level needs to be improved.

2. There is still no good combination of theory and practice in teaching work, and the experience is still shallow.

3. To further improve their literacy, strengthen the study of educational theories, constantly improve themselves, improve education and comprehensive literacy, and become a fully developed teacher.
