2. As a prison police, it is the basic duty to manage education and reform criminals. In the daily work, I can focus on improving the quality of criminals' educational reform under the guidance of the spirit of “three-oriented” construction of prisons, and strictly manage according to law. Educate criminals, and humbly learn from leaders, advanced party members and experienced colleagues in ways and means of management, actively explore new ways to reform criminals in practice, focus on people, focus on educational transformation, and timely and effectively deal with contradictions among criminals.
