Equipment large and medium repair engineering contract (secondary)
Party A:
Party B:
Enter into the contract for the medium and large repair of the equipment. Upon agreement between the two parties, the following terms shall be reached.
Party A’s request
1. The equipment is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment. When the maintenance plan is arranged, the handover date is specified, and the handover procedures are fulfilled to ensure normal production.
2, the equipment department during the overhaul period specified during the trial operation, resulting in repair and rework, all costs should be the responsibility of the equipment department.
3. The plan changes, the workshop proposes maintenance plans, and the equipment department should cooperate.
4. After the equipment department is overhauled, classify the used parts, concentrate the designated locations and clean up the site.
5, the equipment department maintenance plan has changed, should be notified to the workshop three days in advance, otherwise it should bear economic responsibility.
6. In the production process, causing equipment failure due to unplanned stoppage or failure to overhaul cycle shall be responsible for the direct loss of liability.
Party B requirements
1, maintenance and oiling short hair workshop responsible, clear maintenance boundaries, do a good job of coordination, and jointly serve the production.
2. If there is any change in the equipment maintenance plan, the equipment department should be notified three days in advance, otherwise it should bear financial responsibility.
3, according to the procedures to deliver maintenance equipment, the workshop should explain the operation of the equipment, the lack of conditions, and keep the parts intact, good health.
4. Any improper operation due to maintenance and oil injection shall be responsible for the failure of the equipment. If the maintenance power is insufficient, the maintenance and repair may be carried out. Both losses shall be compensated according to the direct loss value.
