Service Contents 4.1 Routine Maintenance: Party B dispatches maintenance professionals to provide routine maintenance work for the above equipment at least once every 60 days, including cleaning and adjusting, adjusting, checking and lubricating the equipment parts. , adjust operations, etc. to make the device operate normally. 4.4 The routine maintenance work provided by Party B is generally carried out during normal working hours of non-public holidays. 4.5 Party B provides 24-hour emergency repair service. Party A finds that the maintenance equipment is faulty or has abnormal operation. 4.7 Party B shall train the owners and related personnel of Party A in accordance with the correct use of the contract equipment and the judgment and simple handling of the faults, so as to cooperate with the repair and maintenance of the contract equipment. 5. 6. Responsibilities of both parties 6.1 Party B shall have the relevant maintenance and repair qualifications for the pump and have the scope for operating the maintenance and repair of the pump. The staff assigned by Party B shall have the maintenance qualification of the pump in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

6.2 Party A shall provide Party B with the convenience of carrying out routine maintenance or emergency repair services without violating state regulations and owner management regulations. During routine maintenance or emergency repair services, Party B shall perform safety precautions in accordance with national regulations, such as setting on-site safety warnings, technical measures to ensure completeness, and operational safety measures for maintenance personnel. Party B shall bear full responsibility for the accident caused by Party B's failure to take safety precautions. 6.3 Party B shall have accurate information on the equipment it serves. When there is a condition that does not meet the operation of the equipment, Party B shall promptly notify Party A of its obligations in writing and propose rectification. 6.4 In the process of Party B's service to its service, if it is found that some parts are damaged or invalid and need to be replaced, Party A shall promptly notify Party A in writing, and after the approval of Party A, the replacement shall be carried out, and the material cost of the replaced parts shall be Party B bears. The parts supplied by Party B shall be the original qualified parts produced by the original manufacturer of the equipment. If Party B fails to purchase the original parts through the efforts, Party B may purchase the same type of accessories of other brands with the consent of the owner and Party A, but the quality, performance and technical parameters of the parts shall not be lower than the original parts.

6.5 Party A is responsible for the daily management of the contract equipment. Party B shall be responsible for the written record of the maintenance work, which shall be signed and confirmed by the maintenance staff and authorized personnel of Party A. The contents of the maintenance work record shall include the name of the equipment, the name of the maintenance unit, the name of the unit of use, the type of equipment and the rated power, technical items, maintenance items, maintenance date, replacement parts record, and use recommendations.

6.6 Party B is responsible for the performance of the maintained equipment, and strictly implements the technical specifications during the maintenance process to ensure that the performance of the equipment meets the relevant technical standards. During the maintenance period, Party B shall evaluate the possible hidden troubles of the equipment and conduct appropriate preventive treatment to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. If the hidden danger exceeds the scope of maintenance, Party A shall promptly notify Party A in writing and propose to eliminate hidden dangers.

6.7 Party B shall bear full responsibility for the losses caused by improper maintenance by Party B.

7. Entry into force, change and termination of the contract 7.1 This contract shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both Party A and Party B.

7.2 If the parties propose changes to the relevant matters of this contract within the validity period of this contract, a change agreement shall be signed separately. 7.3 Party B has the right to terminate the contract in any of the following circumstances. 1 If Party A fails to pay according to the time limit specified in this contract and fails to pay according to the payment period specified in the reminder letter, Party B has the right to terminate the performance of this contract and temporarily waive the maintenance responsibility. 2 If the non-Party B employee or non-Part B authorized personnel have repaired the equipment and changed the state of the equipment or damaged without the consent of Party B. 7.4 Party B's performance of its obligations does not comply with the State's regulations on the maintenance of pumps or the contractual agreement. Party A may notify Party B in writing to terminate the contract at any time, and Party B shall not be exempted from Party B's liability for compensation for losses. 7.5 In the event that neither party breaches the contract, the parties cannot cancel the contract by consensus. Either party may notify the other party in writing to terminate the contract 2 months in advance, and the parties shall settle the payment according to the contract performance period. 7.6 If there is any outstanding matter in this contract, it will be settled by negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, either party may sue the people's court.
