Lighter processing installation contract

In order to develop the market economy and improve the economic income of the franchisees, the principles of fairness and reasonableness between the two parties are based on the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and the following agreements are reached on the processing and installation of lighters by mutual agreement:

1. Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Provide parts of the lighter to Party B, recycle the products, and pay the processing fee in cash.

2. Provide qualified inflatable equipment and assembly tools to Party B.

3. The right to request Party B to process the number, style and time of the lighter according to market demand.

4. Provide a full set of spare parts to Party B in a timely manner.

2. Party B's rights and obligations:

1. Pay Party A a fee of ____ yuan for inflatable equipment and assembly tools.

2. Process qualified lighters according to Party A's requirements.

3. Pay the price of the spare parts in time.

4. You can sell the finished lighter by yourself, but you should inform Party A in time.

5. Party B chooses the production site by itself to ensure safe production. In the event of any accident in production, Party B shall be responsible for it.

Third, the production standards:

1. The gas is full and no bubbles, and the appearance is clean.

2, the flame is even, the fire height is 2-3cm without breaking.

4. The matter has not been resolved through consultation, and the negotiation is not subject to arbitration by the people's court at the locality of Party A.

5. This Agreement is made in two copies. Party A and Party B each hold one copy, Party A has fully explained it, and Party B understands it correctly and the signature takes effect.

7. Enjoy the preferential conditions for free equipment, as follows:

1. Party B's wholesale fire machine parts in Party A totaled 80,000. If Party B terminates the contract, Party B can return the equipment to Party A, and Party A will refund one-half of the amount of equipment to Party B.

2. If Party B has accumulated a total of 100,000 pieces of spare parts in Party A, if Party B terminates the contract, Party B may return the equipment to Party A, and Party A shall return the equipment to Party B.

3. Party B has accumulated a total of 120,000 pieces of spare parts in Party A. If Party B terminates the contract, the equipment and tools are owned by Party B.
