Third, Party A's work

4. Provide water and electricity required for construction; handle the relevant formalities involved in the construction.

5. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the construction team and the neighborhood.

6. Timely supply of self-contained materials and equipment that meet the design requirements, have a certificate of conformity, and are produced by regular manufacturers.

7. Organize the quality of the project, the supervision of the construction schedule and the quality inspection of the concealed project, the medium-term and the completion phase.

Fourth, Party B's work

1. Strict implementation of construction regulations, safe operating procedures, fire protection and environmental protection regulations. The construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings and construction instructions determined by both parties, and the renovation works shall be completed on schedule.

2. If it is designed by Party B, the construction drawings and construction instructions determined by both parties shall be provided to Party A before the commencement of construction, and the site shall be delivered.

3. During construction, the main body of the building or the load-bearing structure, HVAC and gas facilities shall not be demolished. If it is necessary to be demolished, Party A shall go through the relevant examination and approval procedures with the relevant departments.

4. Ensure the quality of the decoration, especially the quality of concealed works such as water and electricity, and prevent leakage and blockage. During the decoration period and during the warranty period, if there is any quality problem caused by the construction, it is responsible for the rework and repair, and Party B is responsible for the expenses.

5. Comply with the regulations of the relevant departments on the construction site management, do a good job of on-site safety and enclosing work, handle the problem of construction disturbance and the relationship with the four neighbors.

6. Protect the furniture and furnishings in the original living room, ensure the cleanliness of the construction site, and be responsible for stacking the garbage.

7. Organize the self-inspection of project quality, and cooperate with Party A to do the acceptance of concealed works, medium-term and completion stages.

V. Engineering supervision

The project is supervised by the project. Party A entrusts _______________ the supervision company to supervise the project, and Party A pays the supervision fee by itself.

Sixth, construction period

1. Party B shall complete the entire project according to the contract period, and shall not delay the construction period without reason. Except for Party A's change of design plan and the reason of shutdown due to power outage, water stoppage and force majeure factors, etc., the construction period shall be delayed by one day, and Party B shall reduce the contract amount. _______% of the proportion pays Party A liquidated damages.

Seven, material supply

1. The materials and equipment purchased by Party A of this project shall be qualified products that meet the design requirements and regular manufacturers, and shall be supplied to the construction site on time. If it is caused by quality problems, differences in specifications or “three no” products, Party A shall bear the responsibility.

2. All materials and equipment supplied by Party B shall be provided to Party A with its brand, specifications, unit price, place of origin and product certification, and shall be used only after Party A's inspection. Otherwise, Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused.

Eight, engineering changes

1. If the project and construction method need to be changed, both parties shall agree to sign a written change agreement and adjust relevant project costs and schedule change orders);

2. If the project payment is not paid on time without any reason, the construction period will be postponed accordingly.

3. If Party A requests to change the design in the middle, affecting the materials purchased by Party B, the finished products or semi-finished products that have been customized, and the normal construction, and cannot be adjusted, the losses shall be borne by Party A.

Nine, project quality acceptance and warranty

1. The project is based on the construction drawings, construction instructions and design changes confirmed by both parties, and the quality acceptance criteria for the “Building Decoration Engineering Quality Acceptance Code” and “Residential Decoration Engineering Construction Specifications” are used as the standard for quality assessment; The Pollution Control Code is the standard for indoor environment compliance.

2. After the completion of concealed works such as water and electricity, Party A and Party B shall jointly conduct mid-term acceptance.

3. After the completion of the project, Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance. Party A shall, after receiving the acceptance notice, participate in the acceptance and acceptance according to the notice time, and go through the formalities of acceptance and handover. .

4. In the concealed project and the mid-term acceptance process, Party B shall be responsible for the repair and bear the cost and construction period for the quality problems confirmed by Party A and Party B; Party B shall be responsible for the repair and bearment of the quality problems confirmed in the completion acceptance and re-appoint the repair period.

5. If the acceptance and delivery procedures are not completed, Party A shall use the house as the quality acceptance, and Party A shall be responsible for the consequences.

6. After the completion of the project, Party B shall be responsible for the warranty of the construction project and issue the “Engineering Warranty”. The warranty period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects”.

X. Liability for breach of contract

1. Party A has not gone through the relevant procedures and has decided to demolish the structure of the house or the main pipe of gas meter, heating, water supply and drainage, and the losses and liabilities caused by Party A shall be borne by Party A.

2. Without the approval of the relevant departments, the relevant procedures have not been completed, and Party B has dismantled the house structure or the gas meter pipe, heating, water supply and drainage main pipelines without authorization, and the losses and liabilities caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B.

3. During the construction process, Party A did not negotiate with the principal responsible person of Party B, and asked the workers to change the construction contents without permission. Party A shall be responsible for the quality problems caused.

4. If the construction party violates the construction regulations, safety operation procedures, fire protection regulations, environmental protection regulations and other agreements between the two parties, Party B shall bear the responsibility for the losses caused by Party B itself and Party A.

5. If, for one reason, the contract cannot be performed and continues to be performed, the other party shall be notified in time to complete the contract termination procedure and compensate the other party for the economic losses caused thereby. If the contract termination procedure is not completed and the performance is suspended without authorization, the defaulting party shall bear the liquidated damages and compensate the other party for the economic losses caused. The liquidated damages shall be paid ______% of the contract amount.

XI. Dispute or dispute resolution

XIII. Supplementary provisions
