International tanker charter contract


Existing steam/motorized tanker ______, hanging ________ flag, ________ net registered tons, with approximately oil ______ volume, and class ______, now ________ shipowner __________ and chartering People ________ reached an agreement with each other today.

1. The ship shall be compact, solid and strong, and shall be suitable for this voyage in all respects. In this voyage, it shall remain in such a state, except for the risk of maritime, it shall sail as soon as possible and sail to the place where ________ or its vicinity can make the ship safely reach, and Fill all ________ tons of bulk cargo at the request of the charterer, but not exceed the amount that the ship can reasonably stowage and ship in addition to the attachment, rig, ration and equipment, and drive the cargo so loaded to ________ In or near the place where the ship can be safely arrived, and after the ______ freight is paid per ton at the time of loading, the delivery is made.

2. Freight should be paid in cash at no discount in London at the time of delivery, deducting all borrowings and related insurance premiums from the port of loading to the captain. If required, the port charges at the unloading should be paid in cash at the current exchange rate.

3. Taxes and other expenses incurred as a result of the goods shall be paid by the charterer, and taxes and other expenses incurred as a result of the ship shall be paid by the shipowner.

4. The cargo is pumped into the hold by the charterer at the cost and risk. The cargo is pumped out of the hold by the ship, but the ship's risk is limited to the ship's side. If the loading and unloading port regulations allow the ship to fire, the ship provides the oil pump and the required steam as well as personnel operations. If the port does not allow the ship to make a fire, the charterer should settle the steam and the cost of the load.

5. The charterer is allowed to carry out loading and unloading operations for ______ sunny days. The charterer has the right to load and unload at night or at the time of exclusion, subject to the additional costs incurred.

6. The ship shall, at the direction of the charterer, arrive at a place where it can be frequently floated or beside the barge or barge, but any possible barge charges and risks shall be borne by the charterer. The charterer has the right to displace the vessel from one unloading berth to another at the unloading port and to bear all costs incurred.

7. The loading and unloading time shall be calculated from the time when the ship is equipped to receive or unload the goods, and the captain shall give the charterer a 6-hour notice, whether or not it is berthed.

8. Demurrage shall be paid on a continuous basis for ______, and less than one day shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis. However, if the delay is caused by an accident or machine failure at the port or port, the charterer shall reduce the demurrage fee. 9. 10. If the charterer is unable to provide all the goods, the shipowner has the right not to sail until the ship's oil tanks can be loaded to an airworthy state, and the freight is calculated by the ship loading all the goods.

11. The shipowner has an absolute lien on the goods for not receiving all freight, empty space, demurrage and reimbursement.

12. The ship is allowed to tow or towed, to assist the ship in distress, or to dock any port for refueling coal or oil.

13. This contract shall be governed by the flag State law of the ship on which the goods are to be carried, unless it is subject to the "1950 York-Antwerp Rules" in the event of a general or general average.

14. If it is unable to enter the port of loading or unloading due to freezing, the ship shall sail to the nearest safe and open access port and notify the charterer or consignee of the arrival of the ship by telegram. The charterer or consignee is obliged. Use telegraphs to specify ports that are not frozen and capable of loading or unloading oil equipment. The ______ shall be paid by the charterer on a continuous day from the time the ship is frozen down until the time the ship arrives at the final port. 15. If the ship arrives at the port of loading or unloading, facing the danger of the ship being frozen, the captain will use the telegraph to contact the charterer. 16. The master is responsible for keeping the ship's oil tanks, tubing and oil pumps clean, but if the charterer's oil is different from the type previously installed in the tank, the charterer will be responsible for the cost. The ship is not responsible for any consequences arising from the loading of different types of oil by the charterer. The ship is not responsible for leakage.

17. If the charterer dispatches the ship to any port where the quarantine is quarantined, the time shall be calculated in accordance with the hourly delay of the ship and the entire loading and unloading time specified in Clause 8 of this contract has been used, but only if the ship is on its way to the port. 18. Any dispute arising from the performance of this lease contract shall be settled in London. The shipowner and the charterer shall each appoint an arbitrator--traveler or broker. If the two selected arbitrators cannot reach an unanimous decision, they shall In designating a chief arbitrator - a businessman or a broker, their decision is final. If one of the parties receives a request from the other party to neglect or refuse to appoint an arbitrator within 21 days, the separately appointed arbitrator has the discretion to decide on his own and his decision is binding on both parties. 19. Penalties for failure to perform this charter party shall be calculated on the basis of the estimated amount of the loss and the expenses incurred to cover the loss.

20. The ship shall notify the shipowner to handle the customs business at the port of loading and unloading.

twenty one. The date of carriage shall not be before ________ unless the charterer agrees.
