The two parties reached the following agreement on the principle of mutual assistance and mutual benefit and sincere cooperation:

1. Party B shall perform maintenance and repair services on the computer used by Party A.

3. Party B shall perform on-site maintenance on the computer used by Party A. The machine that cannot be repaired on the spot shall be taken back to the maintenance center of Party B, and shall be returned to Party A after repair.

5. Party B will come to the door within 24 hours after receiving the notice from Party A.

9. When Party B comes to the door, Party A shall actively cooperate with Party B's technical personnel to complete the service work.

X. After the signing of the agreement, the two parties will follow the implementation and the matters will be resolved through negotiation.

11. In the performance of the contract, if one party needs to amend, it must obtain the consent of the other party and sign a supplementary agreement.
