The first general contract

After the agreement between the two parties, the following agreement was reached on the processing of ______ mud painting.

Article 2 Basic Guarantees and Requirements

2.1 Party B shall ensure that Party A's products are processed according to the order form confirmed by both parties, and Party A shall guarantee to Party B to recover the qualified products processed by Party B.

Article 3: Processing license license period and contract term

3.1 This contract is signed on the ______ year _____ month _____ date, from the date of signing to the ________ year _____ month ____ date, valid for one year. The validity of this contract may be extended by mutual agreement.

Article 4: Credit of the contract

4.1 Before Party B obtains the product processing right as stipulated in the contract, Party A shall pay the credit guarantee to Party A. Party A shall provide training for the production of the processing personnel of Party B free of charge. This contract shall be effective from the date on which Party B pays the prescribed credit guarantee to Party A, and the credit guarantee contract If there is no major breach of contract at the end of the period, the credit guarantee will be refunded in full.

Article 5 Settlement of products

5.1 The processed products provided by Party A to Party B shall be settled at the uniform processing price. Party A will remit the payment to Party B's bank account within three days after the arrival of the goods. Party B is responsible for on-time delivery and charge d'affaires collection, at their own expense.

5.2 Party A shall check the goods by list. If there is any difference or quality problem, Party B shall inform Party B on the day of receipt.

5.3 Within three days from the time of delivery, if it is a product quality problem, the product will be returned to Party B.

5.4 Party A recommends that Party B prudently process and avoid rework or return; without prejudice to sales, no corresponding penalties will be imposed. If sales are affected, Party B will be given a 10% penalty for the cost of the product, and the product will be sent back to Party B.

Article 6 Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

6.1 Party A shall, after receiving the product acceptance from Party B, inject the processing fee into the bank account of Party B on the third day, and if it is breach of contract, give Party A 10% of the payment as compensation.

6.2 Party B shall complete the order given by Party A on time and in good quality and guarantee, and if it is breach of contract, give Party B 10% of the payment as punishment. The three consecutive defaults cancel the processing qualification, and the credit guarantee will not be returned.

Article 7 Dissolution and Termination of the Contract

7.1 Upon the expiration of this contract, Party B may submit a written renewal request two months in advance. The parties shall renew the agency contract on the premise of normal performance of this contract, and no additional processing credit guarantee will be charged.

7.2 If Party B has one of the following acts, Party A has the right to terminate this contract in advance and hold Party B accountable:

1) It is detrimental to the behavior of ______ mud painting image; Party B sells similar products on its own and affects Party A's interests;

2) disrupting the market price system of Party A and undermining the operating system;

3) The plagiarism mud painting formula is produced and sold by itself.

Article 8 Settlement of Disputes

Any dispute concerning this contract may be brought to the people's court of the place where the contract is signed.

Article 9 Confidentiality Clause

Party A shall provide Party B with various materials, including trade secrets, processing technology, intellectual property rights, etc. Party B shall have the obligation of confidentiality; it shall not be provided to third parties other than Party B for use or reference, otherwise Party A shall request Party B the maximum compensation amount _ ____yuan.

Article 10 Other

10.1 Modifications or additions to the contract must be modified or supplemented by a written agreement upon mutual agreement.

10.2 This contract shall take effect from the date on which Party B pays the relevant fees to Party A.

10.3 This contract is made in two copies, each of which holds one copy and has the same legal effect.
