1. The lessor agrees to lease, and the lessee agrees to rent the equipment listed in the attached file; the attached file is an integral part of this contract.

2. The lease term is _________ years from the date the lessee accepts the equipment.

3. The total rent is _________ yuan, and the rent is calculated from the date the lessee accepts the rented equipment. During the lease term, the monthly rent is _________ yuan and should be submitted to the _________ bank's lessor account before the monthly _________.
