In this case, basically only one or two things will happen. You can be very nervous, worried, and think more and more, constantly analyzing how bad your life will become, and then self-pity. Or you can figure out the actual situation, realize that this is just a small "thought and attack", and then remind yourself that this is just an idea in your mind, you have not yet arrived at the office - you are still Drive!
This is not to say that you will not encounter difficulties today or that you have to pretend that everything is perfect.
