Therefore, I should bring a few sugars with me, and the meeting is running out of fatigue. The bus is dizzy. When I am tired of carrying the text, I will send myself a sugar, which is really helpful.

Although I am very slippery, I am the kind of person who often forgets to eat and does not eat any snacks, so I will find that just eating a little something can make you different. Although this trick seems simple, many people, like me, have no attention at all, so I would like to remind you. In fact, your body knows you better than you.

2, walking

Sometimes, when you are depressed, you will be alone. But staying in one place for a long time will increase negative emotions. My feeling is that emotions are like a layer of fog, attached to our body, you are stuck in one place, and they get more and more, and finally make you feel breathless.

Walking is a good way to dispel this fog. The word "walking" sounds like a little old-age life, but it is actually walking around.

Walking away, physical activity, the mind will gradually become clear, and the dark matter deposited in the brain will also evaporate a little during the walk. According to my own experience, when walking, I can think a lot of things, and my thinking will become more sensitive and clearer. This is the feeling of sitting in a chair and not being able to fully understand it.

When you feel depressed and down, it is really helpful to go out and walk. Not only did the body move, but the eyes also saw more pictures, listened to the chatter of passers-by, and watched a child playing on the side of the road, and his mood would slowly improve. 3. Sports

The advanced version of the walk is sports. Exercise to sweat is a very cool feeling. And exercise can also stimulate a person's physical energy, and even a person's fighting spirit.

4, do one thing

6, chat with friends
