Resignation includes resignation!

Resignation refers to the employee's resignation from work in accordance with the labor regulations or the labor contract to terminate the labor relationship.

There are two general situations of resignation. First, the labor relationship is immediately terminated according to law. If the employer has violence or threats to force the employee to work, and does not pay wages according to the contract, the employee may at any time request the employer to terminate the labor contract;
