The rectification activities have highlighted the five aspects of the problem. First, the ideals and beliefs of some party members and cadres are not strong enough, the organizational concept is not strong, the concept of discipline is weak, the concept of the people is weak, the sense of service is not enough, and the role of vanguard model is not prominent enough. Second, some party members and cadres are not strong in their sense of responsibility and responsibility, and lack of knowledge. The ability and quality of work are not suitable for the problems of population and family planning and accelerating reform and development in the new situation. Third, the work style of some party members and cadres is not solid, and the grassroots guidance work is not in place. The investigation and research are not in-depth, and they are not enterprising and satisfy the status quo. The problem is that there are more and more work, and the implementation of work is not in place. The fourth is the issue of honesty and self-discipline of party members and leading cadres; the fifth is that the theoretical study activities of some party branches are not frequent.

The rectification activities began on March 8 and were carried out in three phases. The first phase is the learning mobilization phase. The main task is to implement the spirit, raise awareness, and provide ideas for in-depth contact with the reality, investigation of problems and rectification. Seriously study and understand the relevant requirements of the Provincial Party Committee's Advanced Education Leading Group, and study the outstanding problems and work plans to be solved. In conjunction with the actual situation of the departments, the party branches organized party members and cadres to study the spirit of relevant archives and leadership speeches, and to sort out the existing problems.

The second stage is to check and reform the stage. The main task is to carry out targeted and side-by-side changes on the basis of the requirements of the investigation. For the problems existing in leading cadres, the Party Committee and the Party Committee shall formulate practical and feasible rectification measures, stipulate the contents of the investigation and reform and the time limit for rectification; for the problems existing in each party branch, each room and each directly affiliated institution, the party branches shall formulate the content of rectification and the time limit for rectification. . In light of the requirements of the central and provincial committees, find gaps, put problems, and change the whole side.

The third stage is the improvement phase. The main task is to organize the whole chapter and implement corrective measures. According to the problems found in self-analysis and the problems reflected in the democratic appraisal, clear the key points of rectification, determine the time limit for rectification, implement the responsibility for rectification, and earnestly implement the rectification measures. Grasping the outstanding problems that the people have strongly reflected has been implemented and the results have been seen. In the process of rectification, the Provincial Population and Family Planning Commission has earnestly achieved that the members of the leadership team of the committee will strengthen the guidance for their rectification work according to the division of labor. The secretaries of the party branches took the lead in setting a good example, taking the lead in learning, taking the lead in the investigation, taking the lead in rectification, starting from the self, summing up the lessons, and rectifying the problems.
