After more than two months of studying the advanced archives and materials of Communist Party members, especially through the study of the "Party Constitution" and the purpose of serving the people, I feel that there are some shortcomings and gaps: The larger the body is poor, the sense of reform and innovation is lacking; 2. The rectification plan is now formulated as follows:

First, maintain youthful vitality and enhance innovation awareness

In contrast to the "two take the lead", play the vanguard and exemplary role of the Communist Party members. From young to old, this is the inevitable law of natural development. Everyone is like this, but our thoughts can't be aging, and our minds can't age. We must always keep in mind the purpose of "serving the people". Only in this way can we have youth. Vitality and innovative consciousness can also contribute to the party and the people.

Second, strict party member standards, good example

We Communists, whether they are new party members or old party members, have only one standard for Communist Party members. New members are like this, and old party members are also like this. If they are not able to think that they are old, they can relax the standard. This is a performance that does not advance and retreat. An old Communist Party member should be better off, be a good example, and play the role of an old party member.

Third, strive to complete their work and improve their work standards

After rectification, it is necessary to change the passive thinking that as long as the basic tasks are completed and appropriate social work is done, it is necessary to establish a global concept and overall thinking, enhance the sense of professionalism and responsibility, give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of the work, and do more and better the party. Work to fully complete the tasks assigned by the organization and leadership. Efforts to exert the subjective initiative of the work, actively participate in various social welfare activities, consciously obey and serve the economic construction, and work hard to contribute to the economic construction of the town.

Fourth, active learning, diligent thinking, theory and practice to do practical things for the people to do good things

It is the first in the country to propose the creation of a learning city. Today, in the city of XX, to create a learning-type city, we all face the problem of how to deal with ourselves. For this reason, it is especially important not to be outdated, to be able to fall behind, to be a learning citizen, and to be a learning Communist. "Shoushan has a road to be a path, and there is no way to learn from the sea." The knife does not wear to rust, and people do not learn to fall behind, especially in today's market economy. We must learn all aspects of knowledge and comprehensively improve our theoretical level, work level and business level. Theory is the basis for guiding work. Without advanced theory as a guide, it is impossible to have advanced work. Only a solid theoretical foundation plus positive work can make a difference. On the basis of learning, we must deeply and practically contact the people, explore and solve problems, and establish the idea of ​​serving the people wholeheartedly. This is the fundamental purpose of our Communist Party. In the future, in my study and work, I will complete the work in accordance with the rectification opinions, complete the tasks assigned by the party, and be the honorary title of an old Communist Party member.
