Third, the theory is not enough to connect with the actual work. The problems encountered in the current new situation of reform and opening up have not been linked to actual work, so they lack forward-looking considerations when considering and arranging work.

The fourth is that theories are linked to their own ideas. The performance is lack of pioneering and innovative spirit, the prioritization is not strong, and the requirements for work standards are not high.

2, professional learning

First, there is no plan for professional knowledge learning, and it is not tight enough.

Second, there is no systematicity in the study of professional knowledge, especially for deep-seated professional theoretical knowledge learning and research.

Second, democratic centralism is not enough. It is manifested in the fact that when the leading group discusses some major issues, sometimes it is not proactive, and it can be echoed at the meeting, and it cannot give up its own independent opinions.

Third, the purpose of the concept is not established. It is not enough to be comprehensive and comprehensive in the performance of the judicial administrative functions and the work for the benefit of the broad masses of the people.

Fourth, the party style and clean government are not well built. The performance is not high for the requirements of their own requirements. At the same time, there is an idea that the construction of a clean government has little to do with it.

Fifth, the mental state is not performing well. The performance is not high enthusiasm for work, poor mental state, peace of mind, not seeking merit, but seeking nothing.

First, the awareness of pioneering and innovation is not strong. I am used to thinking about problems by experience. When working, it is often based on reality, and there are fewer ways to explore boldly.

Second, the work style is not solid enough. The work is not deep, the daily work time is deep, and the time for investigating and researching at the grassroots level is relatively small; there is good humanism, and the work is unwilling to offend people and not to criticize people.

Third, the sense of service needs to be strengthened. At some time, I still can't do "coming with voices, asking for answers, and sending voices"; sometimes I can't be as enthusiastic as accepting and consulting, being as sympathetic as acquaintances, cadres, people, and being respectful. Be patient as you like.

The fourth is that the competition is not strong. There are no new highlights in the work; they are not good at innovation, they are not able to flexibly grasp the principles and policies, and they can work creatively and strive for the best.

Second, rectification and improvement

While combing and summarizing the above-mentioned opinions and suggestions, he has made up his mind that he must use this Dongfeng, which maintains the advanced nature of party members, to thoroughly eliminate the accumulated defects in his study of his thoughts and work over the years. To this end, he has combined his self-analysis and opinions to sort out two opportunities, and consciously and unconsciously made a preliminary rectification of his own problems by taking the following measures:

The first is to strengthen learning and improve overall quality. Pay attention to the way of learning at work, systematically learn the party's line, principles and policies as well as market economy and WTO knowledge. Re-learning the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the 16th Party Congress in accordance with the requirements of "learning, learning, re-learning, improving, improving, and improving", and constraining itself against the requirements of the advanced standards of party members in the new era . The problem of insufficient work in terms of work style is not enough. In the future, I will take one-fifth of the time to go deep into the grassroots, go deep into the people, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the people.
