First, the outstanding problems

1. The focus of work is not enough, and the work style is not solid enough. First, the business guidance and services for the grassroots units are insufficient. Units with a large degree of correlation with the overall key work go more, and the degree of correlation is less. 2. The construction of cadres and the ideological and political work need to be strengthened. First, the ideological and political work is not enough. They have heavy business, light political work, heavy persuasion, and strict management. 3. The function setting of the departmental departments needs to be improved, and the urban management system needs to be further rationalized. First, the problem of rationalizing the system. 3. Further strengthen theoretical study and continuously improve their leadership and work ability. To this end, members of the party group are determined to strengthen theoretical study and improve their leadership and work ability as the focus of rectification work. We must continue to learn as the basic work to maintain the advanced nature, further enhance the sense of urgency and consciousness of learning, formulate short-term plans and long-term planning, and have long-term commitment to study, purposeful, and systematic.
