In addition, the problems in the enterprise are also manifested in: the domestic and international sales market has not been established or improved; the brand and brand awareness have not been established; the scientific and standardized industry management model has not been formed; the small rich is safe, and the mindset of the status quo is not broken. .
However, we believe that these problems are manifested in enterprises and are rooted in the government. The government issue is the main aspect of the contradiction.

Suggestions and countermeasures for developing and expanding the garment industry

In view of the above-mentioned main factors restricting the development of the garment industry in our county, we recommend:
I. Formulate special preferential policies for the apparel industry as soon as possible. The government and relevant departments should aim at the particularity of the apparel industry, proceed from the development and growth of the apparel industry, and actively strive for preferential policies for special industries to establish ** clothing. The incentive and reward mechanism of the industry must be at least promoted and promoted in the following four aspects.
