This summer, after many contacts, I finally got the opportunity to come to Shanghai Huixun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for a one-month internship. Although I am internship in the sales department, I don't have much to do with my usual expertise, but I am still very excited. After all, it is a good experience to feel the office life in the company. When I went out on the first day, I told myself that I had to be serious. I really learned something useful to me.

The adaptation period in the first few days is actually much better than I imagined, because one of the heads of the department is my alumni, and my task is to assist him in the marketing of the company's products.

I used to think that sales was a simple job, but this experience made me have to make a new understanding of it. Because, it is not as simple as imagined. In fact, everyone knows that every process is very important when a product grows to the end, and the sales process is no exception.

At the beginning of the internship, in the face of constant telephone information every day, I was a little confused. It was really overwhelming. In the first few days, I was not very clear about the company’s entire business and some of the characteristics of the products. Then I often made myself feel bad. Fortunately, At this time, the leadership gave guidance in a timely manner. I also began to patiently collect and read some relevant information. I didn’t bother to ask my colleagues around me, and slowly began to master some of the roads. In less than a few days, I have been able to cope. Freely, in the face of calls from a wide variety of customers, I am able to cope with nature and chaos. After about ten days, the internship began to get on the right track. Every day, I was able to handle the tasks assigned by the company skillfully. It was quite smooth, and occasionally it was difficult. With the help of my colleagues, I was able to solve it. Slowly, I felt like I was really like. It was a member of the company. In fact, at the time, I really regarded myself as a member of the company, and it was an important member because I knew that I was actually doing things for the company every day.

Of course, things can't always be smooth and smooth. On that day, the manager suddenly gave me a task, which was to interview a relatively large client. As you can imagine, I was very nervous at the time, because I used to talk to customers on the phone. The phone is usually short, and it is also a superficial thing, which is easier to deal with. However, the interview is very different. How can the newborn calf be able to easily level an old river and lake? Moreover, this time the other party is still a big customer of the company, which is of great importance. In case of a mistake, the impact on the company is not small.

At this time, the manager seems to see my nervous state of mind, I patted my shoulder, smiled and said: Nothing, you come to the company is to exercise, you must give yourself a little confidence!

Looking at the manager's face with a high expectation, I know that I really want to go to the front line this time, so I am quite a good chest and said: Ok, manager, I will not let you down!

The next day, the real test of the legend came. The other party is a 50-year-old gentleman, surnamed Chen, and his manners are gentlemanly, which makes my nervous heart a little looser. After a brief communication, I started to get into the topic. At the beginning, I was very fluent in dealing with it. I clearly described the company information I had learned before and the product features I remembered. I can see that Mr. Chen is very satisfied with my words, except for smiling, nodding. When I thought that I would be easy to get this time, he suddenly asked a detail that I didn't usually notice. After being asked, I knew how important this detail is. Just when my expression began to fall into disarray, I didn’t know what was going on. At that time, he still kept a smiling face and analyzed it for me. I was too embarrassed to nod. When I finally said goodbye, he said to me: I will reply you again! The simple words made my mood fall to a low point. I think this is really messed up by me. I don’t know how to explain it to the company.

When I got back to the company by car, it was already noon. I couldn’t calm down in my heart. I didn’t know how to figure out the problem before I blamed myself. Otherwise, I wouldn’t make a mistake on the spot.

When I got back to the office, I started to be in a daze. When the manager walked by, I looked up at him. He just smiled like I nodded, and then went straight back to his office. I suddenly remembered, I have not reported yet. Then I knocked on the door and went in. I didn't wait for me to speak first, but the manager spoke first: Oh, I know, how, this is the real test, although you have not succeeded this time, but I believe that I must have experience, failure is the mother of success, no matter what The industry can't be afraid of failure. When you have accumulated enough experience, you will be able to cope with it in the future. I also tell you that Mr. Chen is an old customer today. In fact, his order has already been signed, and today it is just for you to exercise. When I heard this, I suddenly realized that the stone in my heart could finally be put down. As the manager said, failure is not terrible. It is most important to learn more and gain experience. I really appreciate the company's arrangement to give me such a good exercise opportunity.

Unconsciously, one month of social practice work is coming to an end. Being able to play in the company and to create a certain value for the company through hard work, no matter how much, is very meaningful.

Through this practice, I have exercised my talents well, strengthened my self-confidence, and exercised my interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills. It also improved his ability to find problems and solve problems in practice, enriched his work experience, and prepared for future employment.

Although it is very short for a month, it is also very important for me. In this process, I not only cultivate my own serious and responsible work attitude, but also cultivate my patience and tenacity. I believe that this social practice will greatly help you to enter the job position in the future. The valuable work experience accumulated during this period will be the wealth of my life. I am very happy that I have finally completed this meaningful summer social practice.
