In the next few days, the leaders of the mine arranged us to study related learning, and the leaders of the heads of the various departments of the mines gave us a report. Especially worth mentioning is our internship on the 7th day. When we arrived at the 21st mining area in the morning, everyone was very excited. Under the guidance of the leaders and teachers, we walked in from the main level. Every time I went down the well, everyone looked at the surrounding world. The narrower the lane, the more dampers, the contact lanes, the stone gates, etc. We came to the 21133 coal mining face. For the work of our interns, the face-lifting work has stopped. For some unknown reason, the part of the students who walked in front of us just walked over the end of the mining face. The transfer station with the scraper conveyor and the belt conveyor was still working. It was really a coal dust flying. I felt that there was no such thing. visibility. When we walked through the transport lanes, we looked at each other from the head to the feet are black, but fortunately the eyes and teeth are white. After passing a coal mining face, I saw that the huge shearer or the full length of the pick-type pick seems to be 17m. We learned a lot from the lanes we walked through. For example, the facets seen in the textbooks are so smooth and smooth, so spacious and clear, but the situation on the spot is definitely not so clear. Finally, we followed the transportation up the mountain and sat on the "monkey car" to the transport lane, and again walked out of the 21 mining area. Although it is very tiring, everyone is in a good mood and they are eager to take pictures with each other. Looking at the camera, they are all happy. But the next thing is not to laugh out. The cosmetics used by girls are black, how to wash and not clean, even the ears are black, of course, there are also nostrils, from the beginning to the less black. After half an internship in the coal washing workshop, I studied in detail the process flow, equipment operation and production management of the coal washing workshop.

In order to better learn the structure and operation skills of production equipment, in addition to learning daily management and training for employees, it is often consulted with the on-site teachers and discuss the on-site issues with the masters.

The coal washing workshop is the main production workshop of our coal preparation plant. The products produced include clean coal, lump coal, terminal, end mill and water wash. The coal washing workshop has perfect technology, complete equipment, flexible production and strong production adaptability. The workshop leaders pay great attention to the control of the production process and product quality; the production tends to be limited, and the profit tends to be maximized. The employees in the workshop are meticulous and responsible, and the mastery and control of the immediate production situation are in place; the quality accidents, mechanical and electrical accidents and production accidents are all done. Here, I learned from them meticulous, scientific management and immediate control of the production process.

The internship period of the coal washing workshop is half a month. In the past two months, I have gone to more positions, including fine coal warehouse Gaogang, 319 belt, 380 belt and jig.

In Jinggang Cang Gaogang, under the guidance of the master, I learned to observe the inventory of the fine coal bunker and the end of the original warehouse and the landing of the clean coal and the end of the original; and in the Gaogang near the coal yard, I also learned The situation of the loading and sales of coal yards.

The 319 belt post can be regarded as a relatively small workload and a relatively simple operation in the coal washing workshop. Just because I have less work experience and some hygiene requirements are easy to ignore. At that time, I was on the 8 o'clock class. A good-hearted aunt from the zero class left me a note and patiently told me: "Pick up the flap before stopping, and clean the lump coal. After the shutdown Hit the flaps." In the 380 belt position, in addition to observing the running condition of the belt and the coal quality on the belt, I often go to the sixth floor to observe the screening of the thick screen and the final product on the second floor; for a better system. Master the production situation of the end.

The jig is the main washing equipment of our coal preparation plant. The operation of the jig is a systematic and comprehensive work. My internship time in the jig position is also the longest. Due to the relatively short production time during the day, there are two middle shifts and two night shifts during the jig learning period. In the jigging study, I learned the on-site operation from the jig driver in the post, and usually strengthened the study of the jigging theory. After half a month, I can operate the jig independently, but during the operation. Some problems have also been discovered. For example, the jig has not been checked by a single machine for a long time, and the operation parameters of the jig are not summarized. It is difficult to determine the sorting accuracy of the jig; the wind, water and material switches of the jig are respectively arranged on the fourth floor, so that The operation can't be done at will, which often leads to unreasonable adjustment factor and problems in product quality.

Since our coal preparation plant is a mine type coal preparation plant, it is impossible to influence the production of the mine due to the shutdown of the coal preparation plant. I have done an extreme concept, which may not be met normally: that is, our original coal bunker has enough buffer capacity for 3 days. If the whole plant washing system has a longer downtime, we need to put the raw coal to the ground. The current situation is that the incoming materials of the raw coal workshop cannot be directly transported to the coal yard for landing in the coal washing workshop. To this end, I envisage: let the raw coal be transported to the coal yard through the end belt. For this purpose, it is necessary to add the insert plate and the chute to the end belt in the 302 scraper, or remove the sieve plate with the thick sieve when necessary. Let the raw coal pass through the end system.
