2019 Auxiliary Machine Internship Report

This week is a practical class for our disassembly and assembly. From the very beginning, I was very excited and very serious. I was full of enthusiasm and curiosity and treated it seriously, because I know that such an opportunity is hard to come by. It’s all about holding textbooks, thinking about theory, and speaking about practice. It’s really rare! Therefore, I cherish it very much. From the beginning to the end, I insist on doing it. I don’t leave early, I don’t miss class, listen to the teacher carefully, and everything is involved. The theory and practice are combined, I study hard, I am good at finding problems, I have the courage to solve problems, I listen patiently. Other people's insights! Openly ask our tutors! .... Our instructor is a teacher with rich practical experience. Under her patient and enthusiastic guidance, I learned about screw pumps, oil separators, gear pumps, vane pumps, compressor centrifugal pumps, etc. These devices were previously only seen in theoretical books.

Before each device is started, the teacher first elaborates on the working principle, workflow and functional significance of the machine. Although there are detailed introductions in the book, I don't think that the teacher is awkward. The theory comes from practice. Face-to-face with these devices, it seems that the principle is easier to understand, the process is clearer, and the original book cannot be understood. Things, as soon as I came here, I was mad, did I become smarter? No, everything is practice. Practice is the source of theory! .... During the process of disassembling the machine, we all worked very hard, but they did a lot of work and they were very happy, even though the weather was very hot, although the machine was very heavy, even though the accessories were dirty and smelly Unheard of, I am actively working. Without practice, I have no right to speak. I started to find that I was really not very good at words. I was really cheerful. For example, I moved to work with my classmates. Our teacher greeted and asked, and also learned to exchange experience with classmates... It turns out that I am not so cool! Practice, in addition to improving one's technical skills, can also improve a person's moral sentiment.

A machine is made up of many parts. In many cases, disassembly and assembly is not done by one person, but it needs to be done by group division of labor. This requires everyone to work well in the process of doing it. Can not be separated from the part, the whole part is combined! The machine is like this, so is it! Among all the machines that I disassemble, I am most impressed by the vane pump, because it takes us too much time and energy. Although I hate it a bit, I am very grateful to it because I have learned the most. Although we can't run it after n times, we don't succumb to the difficulties. Under the careful guidance of the teacher, from the surface to the inside, from the coarse to the thin, from the parts to the whole, we found many problems and analyzed a lot. The last one to solve, and finally succeeded, the psychological is really indescribable happiness! It turns out that work can bring happiness to people, especially if they are not afraid of difficult setbacks to solve some difficult work, so that they will be more fulfilled! .... In the course of practice, our teachers are very strict with us, although the after-school is amiable to us. But when I was in class, I especially talked about principles. I remember that when I started, some students and I wore slippers. She immediately asked me to go back and change. Although I have many reasons, I still ended up with failure.

Afterwards, she and her sister taught us that we must strictly demand the work, and we must not neglect every small problem in the process. Even small problems can cause problems when we work... This is for me. Learning or working in the future will benefit a lot! .... Through this internship, I have gained a lot, both in terms of skills and thinking.
