Exhibition Activity Process Management Internship Report

I. Introduction

Practice is the only criterion for testing truth. In the classroom, we have learned a lot of theoretical knowledge, but if we can't do it flexibly in practice, it means no learning. This internship is to apply the theoretical knowledge I have learned in the classroom to a real exercise in actual combat.

How can we apply the knowledge in textbooks flexibly and properly to life and work, and become truly useful talents? How can we adapt to today's fast-growing society, determine our own life coordinates, and realize our own life value?

On September 15th, XX, with this idea, I applied for the position of Assistant Account Manager of Huaheng Fuhua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and obtained an interview success, and completed a two-week internship arranged by the college. There, I accepted more useful design management knowledge, and the daily practical tasks have enhanced my practical ability and made us a successful step.

The internship gave me the best mental state to deal with things, and when I was dealing with something that was tricky for myself in a state of tension, this could fundamentally motivate my own serious potential. Therefore, my mental state has been working hard with these days.

I feel that in the "Huaheng Fu painting", we have learned a lot of knowledge. Here, I would like to thank the manager Wang who gave me this internship and the company colleagues who helped me, as well as the colleagues in the project department who worked with me to complete the work.

Second, the company introduction

Huaheng Fuhua International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is a professional company focusing on providing exhibition design, engineering construction, business conference activities and other services. The scope of services includes: exhibition design and construction, construction engineering, conference event planning, indoor and outdoor decoration design, specialty stores and showroom planning. Headquartered in Beijing, it has its own factories and warehouses in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Dalian and Changsha. My position is an account manager assistant who is responsible for the process management of the exhibition.

Third, the internship experience

First of all, I used the first week of the internship period to carefully examine the basic situation of Huaheng Fuhua Company, the division of labor and cooperation between various departments within the company, the company's system and operation process, the basic content of the company's public relations activities, and the company's business. A more detailed report on the promotion strategy, the business syllabus of employees, and so on.

Secondly, before taking over the management of the exhibition process, I learned about the classification of the exhibition, the exhibition information of the exhibition halls in Beijing, the various departments and individuals involved in the exhibition, and the operation of the commercial exhibitions by studying the company's materials and asking questions from the company's senior staff. Knowledge that cannot be learned in books such as processes. He also had an in-depth understanding of the development of the exhibition economy. All of this knowledge can only be obtained in practice, and by writing a study report, this knowledge is more deeply integrated into my blood and becomes part of my knowledge structure. If you continue to work in this area in the future, you will be more mature and confident, and you will be able to achieve greater success.

Through the reorganization of my own structure, I analyzed the entire exhibition management process into the following three aspects:

1. The client provides funds;

2. The designer completes the design;

3. The exhibition activities have been completed.

Fourth, the exhibition operation

Design is closely related to business, because the purpose of design is to add value to the company, and the two work together to develop together in a way that simultaneously increases profits and creates business value. The same is true of the operation of the exhibition. It is based on urban conferences and exhibition facilities. It is based on urban culture and industrial structure and consumption structure. Through various means of operation, exhibitions and conferences are the carriers, which can directly bring economic and social benefits to the society and the operating entities. It belongs to an economic business activity. At present, all major cities in China are strengthening their efforts to develop the convention and exhibition economy. This is also true of Dalian.

The exhibition economy can directly benefit many groups, such as the main body of the exhibition activities, the providers of the exhibition activities, the proliferation of the exhibition activities, and the flow of goods, materials, personnel, funds and information directly caused by the exhibition activities. These have directly or indirectly benefited the economy and the development of society.

During the two-week contact and inspection, I found that the whole process of organizing the exhibition was actually a process of marketing planning. This is more than the number of links that I need to get through to plan an event in the school. I also consider more affected people, and the planning activities of exhibition activities cannot be separated from the market. Although I can't say this in a nutshell, I can still find the intersection. This understanding made it easy for me to do this process management, which gave me a lot of confidence in my success. Now I am engaged in commercial activities. Therefore, it is very important that all planning activities should be market-oriented. Planning should consider starting from two aspects. One is to create forces and use various propaganda and advertising methods of the company. As well as the successful curatorial cases accumulated by the company, the company creates the market momentum for the company, and wins the target customer--exhibitor for the company; the second is: through the professional exhibition activity streamline service, win the recognition and trust of the customer company, and on this basis Win the favor of other exhibitors and strive for future cooperation and service.

A good exhibition design starts with excellent exhibition planning. I briefly summarize the operation process as follows:

I have made a detailed investigation report on the content involved in each project of process management. To put it simply, the planning stage is mainly the market research of the countermeasures exhibition project; the resource integration and personnel management for each purpose involved in the exhibition; and the communication designer and suggestions and planning for the booth design.

The implementation phase is a more complicated and trivial task. I regard this series of work as the practical knowledge of the “Management of the Design Process” learned in the textbook, so I put a lot of enthusiasm and effort into it. Improve this project. To sum up, it includes scheduling work schedules, launching design projects, organizing exhibition engineering business, pre-scheduled exhibition booths, on-site services, and so on.

After the design renderings and the customer reach a consensus, start the preparation of the week. It is to prepare all the objects of large and small in the renderings according to the specifications, and then the two- to three-day exhibition period is the time to build the booth in the specified venue. There have also been many mistakes, so the construction workers were re-prepared for production.

From the design of the booth to the construction of the exhibition, to the final exhibition, the entire process is to be care and responsibility. The purpose of the whole activity, that is, everything I do, is to design and produce a booth that conforms to the overall image of the company, so that the corporate image of the client company can be recognized, identified and memorized by the public in a short period of time, promoting and facilitating the client company and Exchange and cooperation of exhibitors.

In fact, in the entire process management, it is responsible for a lot of trivial, small and delicate work, the spirit often has to maintain a high degree of tension throughout the day, for fear of omissions and mistakes. For example, every modification of the renderings is closely related to the responsible person of the client company, frequently communicating, communicating and expounding the opinions and opinions of the client company and our designers, and coordinating the construction person in charge and the electrician. For example, before the start of the booth construction, the exhibition hall will be used to obtain the construction permit for the construction workers, the production and inspection of the large and small products used during the exhibition, the rent for the prepaid exhibition area and the various expenses during the exhibition. For the client company, prepare the products of large and small pieces used during the exhibition.

The final step is to arrange the dismantling and post-construction evaluation summary. Of course, during the exhibition, I also pay attention to the business card and communication with potential customer companies, and strive for future cooperation.

Six, internship summary and recommendations

In just two weeks of internship, it has brought a lot of influence to myself. During the whole work period, personal performance is better, and it has also won the satisfaction of the boss and the praise of colleagues. When a person can be in a state of excitement and deal with something that is tricky for himself, he can motivate himself to be serious. Therefore, my mental state has been working hard with these days. After the end of each day's work, the body is very tired, but the brain is running, and there are many things to think about. At this stage, the most important thing for me is to keep thinking and enthusiasm, because it can stimulate me more potential.

The work of these two weeks is not only a test of me, but also a test of my standards. I am happy that I have handed in a satisfactory answer. Although the company required relevant work experience during the interview, I used two weeks to prove that I met the requirements of Huaheng Fuhua International Co., Ltd. for the position of account manager assistant. In the actual project, I also more clearly recognized my own public relations ability, management ability, communication and coordination ability, professional quality, professional level and so on. Although I still have a lot of tender places, I can finally believe that: "As long as you give me this stage, I will perform better than you think."

At the end of the internship, I expressed my gratitude to the account manager who expressed my trust and recognition, and made some suggestions for the company's brand promotion.

In my spare time, I used two weekends to catch up with two exhibitions – the “Faculty of Nature” landscape painting exhibition of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the “Landscape Painting Exhibition of the Palace Museum”, which benefited a lot.

So far, my two-week internship has come to a successful conclusion.
